The check in service was terrible. Horribly understaffed. Took about 50 min JUST to check in. Rooms were pretty much ready since 12:30pm. But refused to check in people a bit earlier even though they were aware of the events within the area. Poor service. Don’t stay here, stay elsewhere

It was uncomfortable and when my husband went to use the restroom he saw a roach in the vanity room .

Pros: - Ample hot water for the morning shower - WiFi worked well Cons: - first “smoke free” room reeked of cigarettes. Changed to a different room. - mold in bathroom on walls - linens appeared to have been washed, but were still stained and well past due to be thrown out - general disrepair and dirtiness - which was still cleaner than the first room they gave me. - 2:00 AM conversation outside my door Pay the few bucks extra for one of the other options in the area - several within a block or two.

I asked for a non smoking room and our room smelled so bad that triggered allergies. No towels were given, Bath water was running and couldn't turn off. Bed sheets were stained, The head board was covered in dust. I made these comments to the front desk and they will contact management. I would not recommend this place to stay if you have little ones, not very clean in my opinion.

I made sure that this was a non smoking room and they assured me that it was. When I got to the room, there were cigarette ashes all over the floor and the odor was unbearable. I checked out within 2 hours and they charged me for 3 days. Im disputing it with my credit card. Even the lady at the front desk said the room smelled like mold! Also, the AC unit didnt work properly. It would turn on and off extremely fast....non stop.

I liked the proximity of the Super 8 to NOS Events Center and also IHOP. I didn't like the cleanliness of the room.

First of all, we went in to check in at noon and we were not allowed. First time this ever happens. Other hotels let us check in even if it isn’t 3. Then when we check in and see our rooms they are horrible! The bathroom looks like it is falling down! The ceiling is horrible and the towels are even worse they are still dirty. The carpet is disgusting. Then I wake up at 1 am and because I feel itchy. I see what appears to be a sting bite. Then I go back to bed and see a bed bug!!!!! HORRIBLE. NASTY. I received two bites. Never again. Everything about this room was horrible!! Last time to get a super 8.

Overall everything is pretty decent there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance the rooms are huge the beds are soft and if you book The Room online it's way cheaper the only part that I did not like is the Maids coming in your room when I'm not here nothing was missing they just came in and cleaned but I don't like somebody in my room if I'm not there without my permission if there was a small laundry facility on grounds it would be excellent other than that it was great that are pet friendly and everything

Room was dirty. Lightbulbs didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. There was a hole on the wall. We found dirty socks by the bed. Rug was dirty and stained. Chairs were broken. It was literally disgusting.

Hotel is under going renovation, crews were all around painting and all the rooms had funky smells to them.

Arrived around 10:00PM, the first thing they said was they did not have non-smoking rooms, i told her we booked a non-smoking room and we had two kids. They ended up offering a non-smoking room far away from the lobby. Breakfast was horrible, is better to lower the price and not offer breakfast.

I only stay here for a night, the room was dirty and the bed really uncomfortable, the breakfast was bad only have bread an water 1 type of cereal an boiled egg ,I will not recommend this place

Price is good need to clean building area breakfast good as well

The AC unit in the room did not cool the room enough to be comfortable. The mattresses in the rooms were saggy and old, not comfortable.

Trashy and run down. Beds were like hamiks outside was littered with trash and stunk

Dirty smells not what I expected the la quinta hotel in Hesperia was way better and much nicer

Loved it great place to stay it was great Pool was clean Room was spacious

Pretty shabby and run down. Breakfast was a complete joke.

I made sure that this was a non smoking room and they assured me that it was. When I got to the room, there were cigarette ashes all over the floor and the odor was unbearable.
