I don’t understand why a $100.00 cash deposit was required when I provided a major credit card

There were friendly homeless people living in dumpster area, you have to pay a $100 cash deposit but they don't have atm, shady people coming and going at all hours of the night, bugs in room.

The bathroom tiles and bathtub were rusted and deteriorated. The counter was stained and looked uncleaned. It was about 110 degrees outside, and when I arrived to check in, the office attendant said I had put $100 cash deposit. Who uses cash these days? So I had to find an ATM to find cash. Overall, not a good experience.

Very clean and quiet. I didn't have any problems. I would stay again.

Clean room and area clean. Convenient. Nice hotel. Good customer service.

Personally I would give 2.5 stars out of 5.

I registered for a non-smoking room but we were given a smoking room, probably because we arrived late in the evening.

Fighting in parking lot all night, homeless person outside my window. Plumbing no good in bathroom.

Very clean and well furnished but the knob for running water/ turning on the shower broke off.

The property was nice. It was great to have a fridge, and microwave in the room. The office staff really need to work on their manners. If my hip wasn't hurting as bad as it was the day I checked in, I would have went somewhere else. They 'assumed' I was some sort of low life type person, instead of an honorably retired soldier.

They required $100 CASH deposit on an already prepaid $60 room. Would not take my card. I had to leave late at night (after 11) and go hunt for an ATM in an unknown neighborhood. Very uncool. Amazingly made the disclaimer they make you sign at check-in says they can keep your cash if you 'forget' to ask for it immediately at check-out. Seriously?

They should have more food in the morning. The price and location was great.

Good sized room. Nice cleaning staff. Good continental breakfast. The person who checked us in was highly unprofessional and unpleasant.

On a cost level, this Days Inn was a great value. The staff overall was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast offered a good start to the day and there were a number of restaurants within walking distance. While the location offered easy access to the highway, the traffic did result in some noise but not overwhelming. Overall, this location offered a great value.
