My rooms were so dirty, roaches, beds stained, lighting was poor they tore off the lights, no fire alarms, noisy, smelled very bad. I think orbitz should not fool people with the nice hotel pictures of hotel that they advertise, I was miserable the two days I stayed there.

The facility resembled a condemned building. The outside looked dirty at best. The room smelled worse than a gym locker. I felt sorry for the staff that work there they were very nice and apologetic for the conditions the property was in.

Do not stay here unless you have no other options. Not worth the money you will save.

There was NOTHING that I liked. Everything from the second I walked in to the second I left was horrible.

No hot water for both days, roaches and gnats in the bathroom, stained sheets, door peep hole plugged up with toilet paper, door dead bolt broken off, tv receiver just hanging off the tv. Will not go back.

The room was not ready when i arrived even though I reserved it 2 weeks prior to my arrival. Secondly they did not provide a "handicapped" accessible room as requested. Also the room that was given to me had abrolen toilet that was clogged when we got into the room. When i asked the person at the front desk for a plunger they said they didnt know where it was? Totally unacceptable. I will NEVER stay at Red Roof again.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in San Antonio, Texas. I really like the location and the staff are always friendly.

Too much to write I would like someone to contact me

Upon arrival, there was a naked man standing at his window on the second floor. I reported it to the desk and she said she would let her night auditor know. The elevator was out of service and I asked for rooms downstairs due to my daughter having severe RA and I am 66 and have osteoarthritis and crippled knees but they couldnt accommadate us. The girl was nice when we checked in but said she could not put us in another room. The second night I asked and another girl who was not at all pleasant and didnt care at even when my son told her they were breaking the law against disabled people. We were not told the elevator was broken beforehand, She said all handicap rooms were on the second floor anyway. We had to ask for sheets for sleeper sofa, and were told to come get them. We asked for toilet tissue and was told to come get it. I said no you can bring it. We asked for towells and were told they were out, the next night at the pool we asked for a towell and told no again but others at the pool had stacks of towells. And minutes later a young man who worked there came out the lobby door carrying stacks of towells, so my daughter asked for one which he handed her. We were very dissappointed with our stay there.

The manager was awesome, great customer service . she helped me out my reservation was messed up an she was very patient an helpful outstanding customer service

Has a recognized name but the franchise over there do a poor job. Bathroom drainage is poor furniture is all torn some of the staff not professional. Generally a bad place to stay. Booked it for 3 days but left after only a days stay.

The property is absolutely filthy. No hot water in first room. Elevator did not work. No towels or wash clothes available. Light fixture fell of the wall. Had to recode key for room at least ten times. Would NEVER bring children here. Saved some money but absolutely worst experience in a hotel in a decade.

My room was dirty bathroom there was hair on floor, bed spread torn, there was dog flea's, microwave dirty, n tub water did go down, elevator wasn't working right, I ask for toilet paper never got any or extra towels.also there where so many teen ager hanging out in lobby I didn't feel safe.

Horrible experience. I checked in way past the check in time and they couldn’t find a room for me even though I had my reservation. When I got to the room, it looked like someone had just left. Bed undone, candy wrappers on the floors, stains on the sink and the bathtub. Stains even on the bed. I quickly went to the front desk to see if I could change rooms and they told me they could only go and change my sheets. Never went to do it. This is the last time I stay in a red roof. I would recommend to stay in another hotel even if it means you have to pay a bit more

Room was fine but no exhaust in restroom, water not draining in the bath tub and hair dryer is not working. Don't want to book again
