Breakfast service could be better

Had a great time

Checking in was quick, hotel’s location is good,but because of under reconstruction the restaurant is closed, my room was clean but bathtub drain hole was clogged, water backup every time you take the shower very disappointed.

Excellent hotel in all aspects, from rooms to amenities to location. Service was wonderful.

Unable to hook up any hdmi to the tv. Hardly any channels to watch. Shower gave a loud ringing when using it. Found a bug running across the table. Gorgeous spot but for the price was disappointed.

We had two suites for 5 days. The rooms need through cleaning of carpet and couches. I understand this is during Covid but no cleaning service all week. Trash was overflowing. No new towels. No new coffee etc. One of our children got sick and so we just asked if the bathroom could be cleaned and new towels. They kept writing our name down. No one ever came. They kept saying we have to check and see if we have housekeepers. There restaurant is under construction so don’t plan on eating there. The noise level is bad also. Guests were running amuck on our floor 8. Anyone could enter the hotel. There was no security. Doors slamming and people / kids running until 3 am. The pool was ok but again not clean. Towels everywhere. You didn’t know if someone had a chair or didn’t as guest left their towels/bottles/cups and no one ever cleaned up.

Great hotel, highly recommend. It was currently under renovation with the restaurant and valet when we went, buy I will definitely return.

The hotel is nice, the room is spacious. They have the nicest staff. We really enjoyed our stay. And my kids loved the hotel. We’ll come back.

$45 for parking tip and car takes a good half hour to arrive .

Great location and great size room for family of 5, which is hard to find sometimes!

I really liked the location. I could walk to the Alamo and other downtown attractions. I also liked the fact you got a suite for the price or less than the price of a hotel room.
