Great location!!

I paid online then got there and was told i needed a deposit so i was homeless in san antonio

They have a huge cracked up parking lot yet charge for parking! It was practically empty. Front desk agent was rude.

TV didn't work. called the front desk and the lady who answered said she's new and can't help but someone will call back soon and I never got a call back. Bugs in the room and the toilet clogged a few times.

This place was really disgusting. Roaches were on my clothes, doors were all beat up. Looks like a hotel where prostitutes stay at. But customer service was really well, manager helped me out by refunding my my money for the stay. It's just the hotel itself that completely sucks.

Major bug infestation. Can't say for sure, but others claimed they were cockroaches. The doors on the main level (where we were staying) did not seal, there was a half inch gap on the bottom of the door and the side of the door where the latch was which allowed bugs of all kind into the room without much we could do to prevent it. The room itself was so dingy and gross we wouldn't have stayed if we had any other options at that point. Housekeeping staff - I have no clue what they actually did. Made the bed and dropped off towels is all. The room had dust and the carpets were disgusting. No clue if they'd ever been vacumed let alone properly cleaned... The lights were very very dim and some didnt even work. The outlets didn't work. The parking fee was ridiculous as well. The room is very cheap - but I would not stay there again if you Paid me to. Fear factor is not my idea of a fun vacation.

I did not feel secure at the Days Inn property at all. We had to pay the $25 parking fee that had not at all been disclosed on the website. Contrary to the sign we had to post on our window, there was NO valet parking! Entry to the hotel was wide open and anyone could have broken into our vehicle. The room had a filthy carpet and I dared not walk on it barefoot. I found bugs in the shower and entire paint strips were peeling off of the floor of the tub. Every time the toilet was flushed it sounded as if a truck was crashing into a wall. We did not even try their breakfast. I was so disgusted!

The stay in this hotel is terrible.. There is no cleanliness in the room.. looks like the floors have not been cleaned or vacuumed for ages.. the photos you see for the hotel may probably from the its opening day but not current.. Orbitz better not to report this hotel as Family friendly. Terrible stay.. Bathrooms are very bad, no amenities, no air freshener in the rooms, broken walls, noisy air conditioner.. This was the first time I ever got cheated by the Orbitz recommended hotels.. Got deceived badly just because this hotel is very close to the prime visiting areas..

If the choice were between this hotel or sleeping under a bridge, I suppose this Days Inn would win. From the disinfectant-type odor, to the holes in the wall around the shower, to the stains on the bed skirt, to the grime on the bedside lamp, this place is about 10 years overdue for a renovation. The proximity to the convention center and the Riverwalk/Alamo area is superb.

Overall it was a mess. Dirty. No Wifi. Bathrooms wer NOT well maintained. Mo good.

The property was located within walking distance of the Alamo, riverwalk and other attractions. The bad the room needs updated and the ac ran but had a heck of a time keeping room cool, and thier were some kind of bugs in the room

Average room, although it kind of smelled. No weather stripping around door, so lots of room for bugs to come in and cold air to go out. They had a broken hose bib at the bottom of the stairs that ran the whole three days I was there, despite me calling it in the first day. Bottom of the tub was pealing up. Weirdest thing - no housekeeping in my room the whole time I was there.

Our bathroom/toilet needed freshener all the time (room 232). Because of the heat and no air vent, the bathroom/toilet smells like sewer, maybe the extreme heat causes mold formation that it does smell like a sewer. The AC is good, but it did not help the bathroom smell. The other 2 rooms for my sisters were OK. The staff listens, very nice people.

My room was givene away to some eles. They did get me into another room but the ac was not working...had a horribel night
