Front desk personnel at night was very helpful.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Every time we walked by anyone, they were always quick to greet us.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating

it was very convenient. My only comment is its undergoing renovations so its a little tired looking but the shuttle and the staff were wonderful. My room was extremely clean and sanitized.

Poor no ice bucket , no hair dryer , only 2 towels when I check in I was told by the front desk agent, we have free breakfast open from 6 am to 9 am , the next day I came down for breakfast, the front desk agent said I’m sorry we don’t have a breakfast

Very close to airport, should you be able to manage the maze off motorways. The patio outside is really really nice, not the awful standard place in the "desert" so common in many hotels. Now the lunge bar (called the Patio) is a MUST stop. Enjoy !!!!

The Bistro staff are very attentive and accomodating as well as George, Jesus and the night time male staff member, who I apologize, I do not have his name. The housekeeping staff were also accommodating. The daytime front desk staff were not all on the same sheet of music when it came to policies. They should be trained to be more proactive and accomodating. After all, its not like this location is overwhelmingly busy. Also, for the same prices, I stsyed at the Drury and breakfast & dinner were included and vouchers for bar drinks were provided & a small bottle of water was not $3.00! The least they could include in the rooms is a microwave and a stocked refrigerator. Everytime I wanted to warm up my tea, it took over 4 minutes in the microwave downstairs in the lobby. Also, if you stay a week, like I did, you mya want to purchase your own food, however, the refrigerator has hardly any capacity. It's also important to have a safe in the room.

The shuttle picked us up and promptly got us checked in. We were tired so appreciated quickness

HOTEL WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. HOTEL STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. EASY CHECK IN.

Had to change rooms, had a sewer smell.. Had to pay for parking Ice machine was broken Room didn’t get cleaned until 4:00 pm No shower pressure

This property was clean and front desk staff friendly. However, the location of property was 1 block from a "night club" and around midnight we heard the police siren at the club. If you plan on sleeping in, well this is not the location. Starting at 6:30am, and every 10 minutes, throughout the early morning, The commercial airplanes were taking off from the airport. It sounded as if, we were really close to the runway.

Affordable and clean facility! Would Definitely stay again

Parking fee + tax seemed unreasonably expensive. Hot tub was covered over and not usable. The shampoo container in our shower was empty the entire stay. Providing only 2 keurig cups/day for 2 people? "Happy hour" usually means discounted drinks and snacks- $1 off drinks hardly qualifies Comfortable beds. Helpful staff re/ getting rooms close to other family rooms. Quiet.

friendly staff. hotel was comfortable and clean. good location

They charged my cr card $50.00 without asking me. They tried to charge for parking and I didnt park in their lot. The coffee pot in the room was missing a part.

Bad water pressure, had to pay for parking, overcharged me $20 according to the receipt. Staff was quick and friendly

The hotel is OK, Furniture in the rooms is a little dated, the one thing I do not like about this hotel is they charge you $10 to park in the parking lot so that you can stay and their hotel, I've never paid for parking before in a hotel that I paid to stay in

Stayed 1/26,27,28/18 Check in was great, very friendly, room was on the small size, the first night was very warm a.c. only blowing air not even cool air, notified the staff in the morning, engineers were entering the room as we were leaving so it looked promising, never got an update, came back to the room in the late evening and the room was still hot and appeared like nothing was done, had an offer to move rooms but was too late and just slept with no sheets. Was offered free breakfast, which was terrible, grilled cheese, fried eggs and French toast, but then told they ran out of French toast smh, so glad we didn't pay for that. Asked to speak with the manager to resolve this issue, was told "you just missed her" asked for a call, and never got one. Don't recommend and won't be staying there or with this company again

You give one little complementary coffee in the room and then you have to by anymore and that’s just being cheap !
