Very spacious, modern and clean

The staff is amazing and very helpful.

Hotel itself and staff were great, the location was not. It was a little bit of a run down area and homeless & police for several blocks around the hotel every day we went out. Once you passed that area it was better and right in downtown with good amount of stuff around to do.

I wish I could workout in the gym there every day!

Small hotel, but convenient to restaurants and other locations that we needed for our trip.

Easy access to all downtown points of interest. The windows are blocked preventing one from opening the window more than 4” or so. That was a negative. On second day we received a note from the manager about smoking in the rooms - which we were not doing — and a warning us about this. I took it to the front desk and learned it was a standard letter to all guests. I would discontinue this or rewrite the letter. As a guest, one feels either accused or starts to wonder about the quality of the hotel that cannot find a way to keep guests from smoking or smoking pot in a guest room.

Like cleanliness of facility and work out room. Location was convenient.

The staff was awesome and very helpful with all our needs. The air conditioning in our room seemed extremely cold or to warm. We couldn't find a nice steady temp.

The lady in charge of breakfast was veey professional. She made sure there was a lot of good food anf went around to the tables asking if there was anything we needed.

Shuttle available everywhere... Super helpful staff... Awesome breakfast spread.. Modern and comfortable room. Would definitely return here on our return to SLC.

Great staff, gave us great advice on what to see and where to eat for our short stay.

Had a two night stay. Everything was great, especially the breakfast. Such a nice variety of foods and drinks. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Overall an excellent stay and experience.

I loved everything about my stay, the room, price, except being in Suite 101, which is super noisy with banging from nearby water pipes, possibly and elevator shaft, etc. Don't know, but it was very noisy starting very early in the morning, and ear plugs did not help too much. Other than that the room was impeccable, hotel amenities superb, in every other way highly recommended. I'll just get another room further away from the center next time.

This was a nice place to stay. Staff helpful. We used the shuttle to go downtown and back again. Very convenient for us so we didn't have to park our car.

The staff was so pleasant and went out of their way to be helpfull. The room was clean and well maintained. Everything just clicked for us. We will be staying here on our return trip this fall with out question.

We stayed here while visiting SLC for vacation. It is close enough to walk downtown (a longer walk) or to a train station that takes you there for free (about 3 city blocks away). It was very clean and great facilities.
