Sink was found clogged on the first day stay and caused water overflowed over the sink. I notified the front desk and maid crews on this and hoped the sink would be fixed and the floor carpet can be dried out. The clogging was fixed, but the floor carpet seemed never getting done during my stay. The room was getting smell badly because of the wet carpet.

no tv. no idea when it would be back on, weeks. pool not open. i was trying to this hotel a second chance. i did not check in.

I like its close to downtown...

The room was dirty. Bathroom towel rack fell off when i reached for a towel. Bathroom had floaties in the toilet, not to mention the floor was dirty. Carpets are gross. My pillow case looked like it had old blood splatter on it. The staff was good but thats about it. Please make some improvements to this hotel! Also, the area isnt great.

I did not stay at this hotel as they had no power an they were unable to check me in

The staff of the hotel were good and made sure our vehicle and trailer we were towing were safe. The hotel in general was run down, dirty and didnt seem clean. The police had arrived as soon as we parked due to some theft around the hotel.

Bed sheets were not clean as there was noticable hair in various places. I had to request clean bedding. There bathroom was dirty as well. Check in staff was very nice.

For the price and location, this is a very decent place. Dated and a bit dark, but clean and functional. If you just need a place to lay down for a night, it's a pretty good deal. The only issue is that they clean the room only once every 3 days. Not a big deal if you just stay for a night and the price is cheap enough, but wish I was told about it from the beginning.

Greeted by disgruntled guests and inattentive host, and unwelcoming security guards. You couldn’t pay me to stay here.

It eased ok, I thought to myself thai thru could have had mow immentities and stuff but pretty than that, it was good.

Not the best area of town. Several homeless looking people walked in to grab cookies or whatever from the lobby.

No security cameras to catch the person that smashed my window

This property is extremely ghetto and scary. The halls and rooms smell only of smoke and drugs. The carpet in all the hallways are falling apart, the walls look dirty, and it's just a nightmare. It feels scary to be there because the type of people, including the workers, look criminal and more than once the other guests appeared to be abusive of others on their party including children, and drug-seeking. The breakfast is poor quality. The only thing "hot" is a waffel maker, and everything else offered is minimal service. The only reason we stayed was because I could not secure a different hotel at the time. I am glad we made it through our stay with no incident, however, I am embarrassed to say we even stayed there.

We liked the location... The breakfast was not great and our bath tub was extremely dirty

It was filthy... stunk... carpets filthy... a poop in the toilet.... transient population around the property.

The staff were pleasant but seemed very occupied with each other vs customers that were waiting at the counter for assistance. Overall the facility was VERY run down, dingy, unkept, and in need of some TLC. Carpet was torn, stained, discolored, the chairs had food stains, curtains were frayed, and bedding was old and needs to be replaced.

It was great it wasn't the cleanest but it wasnok I would come bavk
