Friendly staff and very well located property- easy walking to all downtown sights.

The maintenance staff was very eager to resolve my issues. The cleanliness was horrible. They would clean your room every 5 days.

Overall the property was fantastic. Obviously, you all are short staffed as well as everyone else it seems at this time. Restaurant was busy and servers were working hard but wait times were long.

comfortable beds. convenient location. room was fine, except there are no blinds.. so, there is no sleeping in.

It’s a nice place but the parking was crap

Staff was beyond rude. We flew in late Monday night, the girl at the desk gave us keys to the wrong room and instead of apologizing just had excuses. Amenities were inaccessible, house keeping tried to tel me that they only clean once a week. I will NEVER stay here again. There are 10 hotels within walking distance. I will be choosing one of those next time

Pros: Location for this property is in walking distance to City Creek Mall which is nice. Rooms are decent. Cons: Upon check-in the computer systems were down and they couldn't generate ROOM KEYS!!! This meant every single time we needed in our room we had to go downstairs and have someone walk us up to get access. This was with ALL rooms. The staff was overwhelmed and handled it as best they could but there was no compensation offered other than an apology which was disappointing. Road noise was a major issue and we didn't sleep well either. Also, the teeny parking lot holds maybe 20 cars and the parking garage was full both times so we had to PAY extra to park in an open public parking lot a block away. Super inconvenient alone but add kids, bags and nighttime and it's just ridiculous. And good luck getting a spot on the weekend as there is a popular club adjacent to it. The cons outweigh the pros and we will not be staying here again and I wouldn't recommend this property. Look elsewhere.

Very nice accommodations in downtown Utah. The room was larger than expected, very clean, and modern.

Some people not wearing masks on the property, no social distancing on premises or in elevators. When we arrived their tiny parking lot was completely full and we were told to find parking outside, well it’s paid parking ONLY, so we ended up having to pay for some dingy parking garage 2 blocks away and haul our stuff through back alleys. The staff was mediocre at best. Upon arrival to our dorm-looking room, our TV wasn’t working so the maintenance guy had to fix the wire previous guest had ripped out of the tv. The only thing that was great is the breakfast. They give you a sack full of goodies from cereal and milk to croissant breakfast sandwich and a juice box. I would not stay here again.

There was always at least a 5 minute or longer elevator wait. I also had to pay for parking separate from my room charge. They also wouldn't let me check into my room 40 min early. Next time i will stay at the Sheraton down the street like i usually do.

The property was well maintained, staff was exceptionally friendly, and there was a great burger and beer joint connected to the hotel.

Directly across the street from the convention center

Stayed for three nights to attend a conference. The conference center is directly across the street. There are tons of places to see and eat within walking distance. We parked our car at a public lot two blocks away for 7.00/day. Hotel staff were super friendly and the place was spotless. Had a great stay!

The 24 hour pool was nice. Breakfast options were good. Location was great.
