I didn't find the room at the standard of cleanses, an hotel had to have for feeling safe during this pandemic, you need to beg to clean your room, even to ask 24 hours a kind of reservation to be clean it. one of the workers at the front desk (and older woman) behave very rude, no represent the standard of a proper image to the hotel, she really need a good training in how to have a good social skills, for the kin of job she has.

Nice stay at the Hilton

Conference Room lighting can be improved. For 2 full day conferences, the lighting could be brighter and audio/visual equipment can be improved upon.

No water at the lobby. Nothing to do. Great location. I ask to extend a day and front desk ask me to do it at the computer

Not enough staff working Bad service Call front desk for toothpaste you have to go down to pick up your self Call for room service menu Do not deliver Ask to paid for bottles water in the room

Bathroom was dirty upon checking in and outdated. Bath tubs finish seemed to be peeling; was kind of gross to look at

The property is super close to a lot of activities, restaurants and bars. That part we liked a lot, rented a large suite that was expensive only to find it backed to a elevator shaft and had one small window in the entire suite with a view of a building right next to us and that was it. Not what I expect for a very expensive room. Very nice staff, helpful just disappointed by the room location and orientation for a premium room. I would make sure to ask next time.

Check in was interesting, I think the lady at the desk must have been having a bad day or something because she was a little rude. Otherwise, the room was clean and quite, the bed was comfortable enough and my wife and I enjoyed a night away from the kids.

Great downtown location and upscale facilities. Buying the room online through Orbitz save use $18 per day for parking cost
