The staff was very friendly. We appreciated their friendliness and smiles. It is apparent that your facility is an older one. That doesn’t bother us whatsoever. However, there were a few things that did. Our bathroom was not clean. In particular, around the bathtub. In the left, bottom corner it was filthy & black in the corner & about 2-3” up. BLACK, VERY EASILY SEEN NASTINESS. Also, around the drain it looks as if the porcelain has worn away (or it is dirty)—but I think it is the former. The room was not prepared for guests. BOTH the toilet paper holders in the BA had enough TP for 3 “visits” then we had to go to the front desk and get 2 rolls of TP and bring them back to the room. Same with the Kleenex. I pulled 2 tissues out and that was all she wrote. Another trip to the front desk to get Kleenex. There was also no blowdryer in our room. I needed one. Every single hotel I’ve ever stayed in has had a blow-dryer, so, I didn’t bring one with me—no blowdryer to dry my hair! Again, we do not mind (and even prefer), older hotels. But this one—especially in the rooms, seemed depressingly dated. No color. Not even any nice mass-produced artwork on the walls. Grey and brown—cheap-looking furnishings. We also didn’t have what we needed to make up the trundle bed—another trip to the front desk. The lobby was underwhelming, however, the set-up for the breakfast area was nice and the breakfast offered was very nice—there was a good variety of offerings. We appreciated that very much

convenient location

Not as clean as it should be. Dirty washcloth left in bathroom. Ceiling light in bathroom has something in it. Cobwebs around window sill in community room area where continental breakfast served. Limited staff which I understand. Very nice people.

Person at check in was rude. Not enough towels in the room. Breakfast was basic, things not being refilled.

Nice clean place to stay.

Property was nice overall, liked everything about it. Close to all the fun stuff in Frankenmuth.

Liked downtown location. We were on ground floor so we heard quit a bit of noise from people stomping around anove us, but that can be expected.

Great place. Although if you need to grab a late night snack. Or to get some booze. Not the place to be. It doesn’t have a bar.

It was very nice large comfortable room. I would stay there again.

We arrived very late from the airport and the staff was right there to welcome us and got us to our room very quickly. The room was immaculate. The bed was so very comfortable. We were there a short time but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel has clean, spacious rooms. Rooms have coffee pots, refrigerators and a microwave. Afternoon cookies are delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel great amenities and right downtown. Had to get maintenance to fix shower drain it was plugged by the time we finish breakfast they had it fixed.

The hotel was in a good location and very nice. I felt it was a high price fir a non metropolitan stay. $243 for a night in Frankenmuth is a bit much.

Nice, comfortable room. Issue with room addressed and comp given.

Perfect location to walk around town. We used the pool and hot tub too, that was a nice addition to our stay.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff.

Greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Location a plus right on main street and easy walk to everything.
