Hotel parking very limited. No parking around hotel. Advised by hotel staff to parking illigally. At lobby a costumer complaining about room not cleaned. When I get to my room, towels were on the floor, food on the table and bed unmade. Rooms are not being cleaned and staff still assigning rooms to costumer. Tried to get my refund hotel staff refusing. Horrible experience stay away

The shower, the towels and beds

Close to airport and highways for easy access. Lots of family restaurants nearby. The room was not very clean. Maybe due to short staffing. Did not receive requested wake up call. Was not on the list for airport shuttle.

Every employee was terrific - from 3 front desk people , maids, the cook Jen. The disappointing part was you need to upgrade the restaurant to be a restaurant with a decent menu. Also you should have a shuttle service whenever needed you customers. I have never had difficulty getting to an “airport” hotel when our flight was delayed. We had to pay $35 to get to the hotel at midnight. They would not send out the shuttle after just picking up crew members. On our return they allowed us to ride with crew members at 5am.

Pros: very friendly staff and new location that was very clean. Cons: very pricey for the small amount of space in the room. The front door opens into the restroom and the toilet is in the shower. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors talking. When they laughed it was like they were in the room...no bath tub and not kid friendly overall. The shower needed instructions due to the complexity but nice once figured out. The automatic lights outside came on when they detected motion and the blackout curtains didn't help block it out. If the people weren't so nice i would have complained but we had a short trip and flew out early. No coffee in the room. Only gave tea and decaf.

All was good. Very clean. Front desk rep. Was very nice n friendly.

I loved that the staff especially Robert Willis and the owners were great at helping me get settled and my room cards weren't working Robert Willis stopped doing what he was doing and helped me right away. The bar staff might and day made sure i had great food and was very kind. The hotel was also a green hotel so everything was great and environment conscious. Location was perfect for my trip and they had a shuttle to take me back to airport.
