Overall was good, however ‘full’ kitchen does not have an oven. Also, they charged a $10 parking fee which wasn’t disclosed until I got the bill.

The stay was amazing until we were loading up our things and upon returning to

The location was good--close to market, restaurant, freeway, and where we need to go. Decor was dated. The internet was fast so that was important for work. Space was big--two very clean and comfortable king size beds, good size living room. AC was working for well even in the 115 degree summer heat. HERE COMES THE BAD PART--the range hook (cooking fan) did not work well, and set off the fire alarm on the first night I made dinner same way I usually do at home. I am a light cook too, nothing greasy. I called the front desk to update them and they said I needed to open the window when cooking. Someone also taped the fire alarm probably because it was sensitive. Two of the stovetop did not work. One bedroom had sink drain that was stuck, and the other bedroom had a tub that was rusting and a toilet that did not flash well on every use. two of two hairdryers did not work and the nice staff (yes, they were kind) did manage to bring a brand new one after 30minutes. Luckily we had the other toilet/sink/stove tops/ shower. It could be worst. I wouldn't pick this hotel again simply for a nice clean big bed. The kitchen access that I had hope for and selected this hotel wasn't worth the rate I paid. We ate out most nights because that fire alarm going off wasn't very pleasing and I didn't want them to turn around and blame me for future issues.

Not happy with the hotel at all when we got up to our room we could not get the air conditioner started we had been out in the heat all day I called down to the front desk she told me it would be 30 minutes before she could come up to check anything we then had to wait for them instead of leaving for our dinner plans. By the the time she arrived 50 mins later I was able to get the air conditioner going. I believe the thermostat needs to be replaced the buttons were not working and there was not an on and off switch which is what she stated to me over the phone. The icemaker was also broken when we came back to our room on Sunday after being out in the heat all day we still had no ice we had checked in on Saturday and that's when I turned the ice maker on. The drain plug in the shower was also broken. There was a wingback chair in the room which you didn't even have to sit in to see that if you did you would be sitting on the frame. The pullout sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The guest service person who came to our room on Saturday was Monique she was extremely rude while I was talking to her about the issues with the room she then walked away from the door without any kind of closure. When I ask her about any cold water being available she told me to get a drink from the faucet. I then explained to her that the icemaker was not working yet so she told me to go downstairs to the store to get it. I did not appreciate the lack of customer service.

Rooms were comfortable and had all kitchen items needed for stay

My son was playing in a basketball tournament, the staff upgraded my hotel room on there own and made myself,my family, and especially my son who turned seventeen during our stay feel like we were all special. The fact we had a full kitchen was fabulous. My overall experience was suburb I am trying to book it again for May 2 . I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

there were a couple of strangers in the lawn area when i first went to check in. i thought they were staying there but saw them by the freeway later on. men were congregating on the walkway to smoke.

Thank you for leaving a review of your most recent stay. We do apologize as our 2 bedroom suites have an oven and we will make sure this is noted on their website.
