Looks like it is well maintained. But I found a dirty spot on bed sheet, I called front desk, someone brought over a new set of sheets, told me I needed to put on those sheets myself. I said I did not pay self-service hotel. He said he would contact his manager and got back to me - but never did.

I loved the full kitchen. The refrigerator was cold and kept our food fresh. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The only thing that could have been better was we did not have enough towels. There was only one washcloth. Not a big deal.

Very Good experience

Nice studio room.

Love the location and staff. The downside is noisy neighbors.

We had to check out of the property after just one night. We had booked for a three night stay. Promised a full refund of the remaining nights and nothing has still happened. We found a poopy diaper in the closet, had to buy our own sheets pillows and blankets for the pull out bed, and too much more to even right. Super disappointed

Easy in and out. Wednesday happy our with lots of good quality food. Nice continental breakfast.

Very noisy but otherwise very good. We will probably be back.

Was greeted warmly by the staff. Got there in time for Happy Hour which was pizza and wine by Whole Foods

No cleaning of rooms on a daily basis, don’t know why they kept Socials in the evening and offer beers which get finished in first 15 minutes. The breakfast is horrible. Firstly the coffee was cold and they didn’t refill once it’s over.

I was greeted by a smiling friendly lady and had a nice stay at this place

I stay at Larkspur Landing Roseville because the staff is always friendly, rooms are current and clean and great location!

We recently stayed at Larkspur Landing for a short trip. The hotel reception was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and in good shape. They also hosted Whole Foods for food and drink samples while we were there, which was a nice bonus. Now for the bad: the hotel is next to the freeway and train track, so we heard the constant motors and honking all day and night. Worse, though, was the elevator -- the constant dinging nearly drove us to insanity. We were at least able to block out most of the freeway noises with ear plugs, but ear plugs didn't help with the elevator noise at all, and we were kept up all night as a result. By the time we left, I swear we were hallucinating elevator noises since we had been hearing them so much. Unfortunately, in the end, the main reason we go to a hotel is to sleep -- and sleep was something we didn't get. Some of the noises might be more tolerable if we had a different room, but we won't be going back to find out.

The front staff were great. They even provided umbrellas during the rain...great job
