All in all it is fine hotel. Almost all hotels are understaffed right now and this one was no different, we were there 4th of July weekend so they weren't ramped back up from the covid downturn. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open and they didn't make that known before booking so our kids were very sad about that, however, the Roseville public pool was open and it was only $5, I totally recommend it! The rooms were clean and up to standard!

It was a very nice home feeling in the room and they have handled COVID guidelines very well thanks again to all of the staff.

It is in a safe, quiet, commercial area with quick freeway access, which we liked. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the desk for 15 minutes and no apology whatsoever once they arrived. There was garbage outside rooms that was set out because rooms weren’t being cleaned daily (our experience as well during our two night stay). I feel like they cleaned high touch areas in and out of the room well, but basic cleanliness was lacking (our feet were black from walking around in our room, dust clumps hanging off the ceiling fan, etc). They had grab and go breakfast bags which were ok, and you could make a reservation to swim though we didn’t. For what we needed (a separate bedroom) it worked and we weren’t spending much of our time here, but from previous hotel experiences it was disappointing. I’m assuming all of these issues were due to being understaffed because of COVID-19. I also noticed a $20 charge when I got home and when I called asking about it was informed it was for “parking”. No one had said anything about a parking fee or given any sort of tag or sticker to put in our car. She did refund the $20, but if I hadn’t noticed and called they wouldn’t have done anything. I don’t think we would stay here again, at least not until they have more staff on site.

Pictures are deceiving. Chose this location and paid a little more for what I assumed was a better choice in hotel. Checked into a room on the first floor 109 room was dirty. There was coffee spilled stain on the nightstands, food crumbs on the floor and table. Fawk no i did not pay 160 for this shyte. Walked back to the front Desk and changed it for 208 on second floor. Which was a bit more cleaned and smelled like someone cleaned the room and sprayed a fresh air freshener. Due to Covid restrictions there is no breakfast and pool is closed. Rooms need updating there’s scruff marks and food spilled on walls, grout on the floors are almost black. Hotel location was perfect, right across the mall behind all the main stores and restaurants. Costco down the block for gas. Right by the freeway. This hotel is dirty due to it being located in high traffic area that has many family staying here.

Severely overpriced. Shower curtain rod hanging out of wall, rust stains on bathroom floor.

Friendly staff. Loved the complimentary breakfast. Close to hardwood palace and the galleria. I was able to check in early. The offer roll away beds. I coach basketball so 4 of my players stayed there as well. The only thing I disliked about it was that I was given a handicapped room and the shower was setup so that there was water all over the floor.

This place redefined what you would expect at a high class establishment. from the staff being exceptionally friendly and welcoming they truly focus on meeting your needs the extras of the breakfast and dinners where mind boggling on how an amemity could have so much care and quality invested where the like are overlooked by others

happy with the room and location, close to the hwy and to restaurants and shopping.

Very clean. The morning and diner buffet are very good.

The room was really comfy and pretty big. It was a nice bday celebration and there are so many restaurants and bars near by. I will definitely stay again, the next time I am in that area

close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Pool and spa were great! Allowed pets.

Perfect for family's! The size and setup was awesome. Loved the kitchen and separate room.

Not sure if there was some construction going on at the time.. Honestly the staff was very nice but informed the front desk we did not require housekeeping services & asked to have privacy 3 times only to get walked in on again and again. They disabled our keys at 10am in the middle of doing laundry and we barely made our checkout time. Burn marks on the duvet covers... A shower door that would not close at all.. Best thing about the place is the in room kitchen!

After spending three days at the hotel, I was notified at the last minute, I was going to have to add another night to my stay. I was worried I would have to change rooms or that it would be a hassle to add another night/day to my reservation. Thankfully, the transition went much more smoothly than I could have hoped for. One more slide of my credit card and reprogramming of the room key... voila, which was all it took. Even with short-notice changes, this hotel was outstanding. I could not have asked for a better and more professional hotel staff.

Unfortunately, I did have to take care of some business while I was at the hotel. However, the best part about this particular hotel; it was very close (even walking distance) to a fairly new shopping mall. I was able to take a break. There were both plenty of "fast food" and dining facilities nearby as well. Although, I chose to go to the grocery store and get some food for the suite I stayed in had a small stove and fridge. When you've had just about all the fast food/or dining you can handle; it is nice to have the option to do some slight cooking myself (which I did and was very thankful to do so). The staff here was very friendly. Late last year I stayed at another hotel across town, there was no comparison. The other hotel may have been "slightly" less in price, but I'm happy to pay a slight amount more to have such cleanliness and professional employees. At the end of my reservation, I ended up having to add another day to my reservation. The staff was very accommodating and re-keyed my cards without any hassle. My preference has definitely changed when I need to stay in the Sacramento region.
