Did not appreciate having to pay for parking. In desperate need of updating room. Staff at night not very interested in explaining what amenities their are, nor interested in giving directions, assist, nor answering questions we had.

Hotel was clean, however there was a strong weed smell throughout the lobby, elevators and halls. It wasn’t something I wanted my 12 and 4 year old smelling. The guy who checked me in was a little rude, although the guy who checked me out was very nice. Rooms are small. I called the front desk for 3 extra towels 3 times, and they finally brought me 2. I just gave up. Then we went to the pool ( that was ice cold) so we decided to get in the jacuzzi. After getting in, and not finding the power switch to turn it on, we were told at the front desk, that it was off limits and should be blocked off, but there was NOTHING blocking it off, not even a sign. So we were sitting in dirty water from Lord knows how long. Wont be staying again.

Location close to the tesla changing station. Attractive price

The property was nice. Easily located. Quiet with plenty of parking. The one thing that did turn me off from the hotel was the AC. It was 96° this weekend and the temp in the room would not go below 68° and it was VERY NOISY.

First night got woken up by loud crazy lady. They evicted her. But after I had to go down to the lobby to get another room. Went to the new room and the whole floor smelled like weed. But wasn’t bad in my room. Enough for me to fall asleep. Staff handled everything excellent. Found out who was doing it and evicted them as well. Second night was awesome.

Its was ok. Didn't know that i had to pay for parking.

Had a good 1 day stay, the room is Very clean; except it was noisy outside where we were at 7th floor. We heard noise through the window from outside off and on until am.

It was very nice. Close to where we needed to go. Would stay there again.

No AC!!!! Air was out and it was miserable throughout the night. We were offered another room at 2 in the morning but we're travelling w a 20 month old so we had to just deal w it unfortunately.

Enjoyed our two nights at Hilton Hotel Sacramento. Close to Arden Fair Mall. Easy drive in to downtown. Standard king room. Slept so well as the bed was so comfy and no noise in hallways. Loved relaxing by the beautiful pool. You can select from a cook to order or buffet breakfast in the restaurant. We chose the cook to order which was good. The buffet had a good selection and looked delicious.Overall a great experience at Hilton.

Took my family here for my son's 8th birthday. We had a fantastic time. Staff was very attentive. Hotel was clean and safe. Beds were so so.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms have been tastefully updated. Pool and pool deck was clean.

We were in town for a football game and chose this hotel because the team was also staying her. It was a great stay! Very nice hotel! Comfortable, clean, staff was very friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall good experience Staff very friendly with one excetion

Mostly this hotel is fine. Out of 2 days, one morning the wakeup call never happened. If you book directly with hotel there is no parking fee but if you do not then there is a $9 parking fee.
