The bed was comfortable and the price was very competitive. Unfortunately the room was very dirty and had an odor. Staff was friendly.

Pool was closed for Covid-renivations? The so called breafast was coffe and afew apples with a granola bar, must be Covid rations? The night desk person putty out salt and peper, No sweetner ir creamer? Brakfast was very diapointing.

Smelly trash at entrance to back door. Bed looked like it had been slept in then made up. Door frame broken. Door barely in place. Anyone could get into room. Blinds on window broken. Ended up not staying it was such a mess.

You get what you pay for in staying here. It’s the most basic accommodations you can get for a ski weekend but the place is old and very run down. But for $76/night, I wouldn’t expect much more than that however it should’ve been cleaned better which it wasn’t. I imagine that’s due to a lack of personnel because we ever saw anyone other than a day time and night time front desk clerk.

The room is good size. However we found small bugs in the bathroom. The staff at check-in did not inform us no breakfast. Understand that is due to COVID 19, but it would still be better to inform customers upfront, especially we came from another hotel which still serves breakfast.

Good stay. The bag breakfast (no hot breakfast due to Covid) was very skimpy

Hotel was outdated. The room asked for was a non smoking but you could smell cigarette smoke in hall and the room. Curtains had mold stains on them. There wasn’t anything close to do stuff.

Positive: Nice size room and comfortable beds at a great price. Very good customer service. Negative: Bathroom door and woodwork needing cleaning. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, faucet missing filter screen insert causing it to leak back on itself and the unit window was filthy. Even with the negatives we would stay there again.

Stay for two nights, during check-in the staff was friendly but everything around was DIRTY !!!!! DO not stay there !!!! add a couple of dollars and stay in Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn right next too.

This is obviously an older property. Upgrades are needed throughout.

The breakfast was mediocre and made worse by the staff member for the breakfast who picked his nose and did not even Purell his hands. I reported that problem. But, still. I stopped eating and left. Another issue was that the cleaning material used to make up my room was so harsh that my eyes watered. I had to open a window.

It's convenient to where we go but a little run down.

We have signs and a letter that we hand to guests for 2 night or more stays. We verbally tell everyone that we have a grab and go bag for breakfast due to the Governors direction. We also tell everyone that Denny's offers a 10% off discount. Also it is my hope that you informed the desk what room you found small bugs in so we can tell our service person.

We are sorry that our To-Go breakfast wasn't filling. Due to the Governors regulations, everything has to be pre packaged. So we offer a fruit cup, granola bar, bottle of water and a juice box.
