Nice place

Our reservation was for a king bed with ADA accessible bathroom. We were put in a bed with 2 beds. Turned on the A/C and only dust blew out. The floors were dirty and the beds didn't look clean. I went to the front desk and asked for a king bed. They moved us but it was not ADA accessible. Otherwise, it was ok

The hotel was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, the staff was excellent!

The hotel lobby and first floor smelled terrible, as if a pipe had just burst. The room seemed clean but did not appear to have been vacuumed in some time. When we entered the room it felt like the heater had been turned on for days. The air conditioner did not successfully cool this room down until we were about to leave the next morning making it difficult to sleep.

Clean rooms good service enjoyed my stay would recommend

Room was large and cozy. You could tell there had been some rough guests in it at some point bc there were a few places where paint needed to be retouched and the bathroom door has some water damage. Breakfast was meh. Not much attention was paid to temperature control of products that should be kept cool/cold. (Example: the butter was so hot next to the waffle-irons that their seals were coming unglued and the butter inside was melted.)

I did not like that the wind blew all night whistling around the window so I could not sleep the room did not have a running fan to block the noise

We did a two night stay here. The check in was easy with no problems. The room however was not stocked for four people as the reservation were for. I had to go get additional towels and wash clothes. That was not a big deal, then my daughter rolled down the bed it was obvious that the sheets were not changed. I had to make a second trip to the lobby now for bedding. The breakfast the next morning we ok, not excellent.

Every thing was good and staff was nice. The room was very clean.

Orbitz and La Quinta need to increase communication. Reservation was cancelled by La Quinta and I did not receive any notifications. The La Quinta representative was adamant and crass that they had called - I did not receive any calls or emails. Orbitz should not state “booked, no reason to confirm” when they are not involved actively involved in booking issues - I would have provided a credit card to hold the room, but it was not required by Orbitz. It is very stressful to arrive and be informed that your reservation was cancelled. Although they were able to rent me a room, the rates were not the rates quoted - $132 for all 3 days. The property was not well maintained and was hot and humid - probably due to the indoor pool. The only good thing was the room cleaning person “Andrea” who was very helpful with our needs. La Quinta was my hotel of choice when traveling with pet. Since being acquired by Wyndham, the chain is in a downward spiral. I would not stay at this property again. I overall very disappointed 😔

We got a suite because my hubby had to work while I was in Roswell to help care for my Mom. When we are in Roswell of course we eat Mexican food and first thing we noticed was there was no place to eat we had to handle enchiladas and a combination plate on our laps, not an easy matter. Then there was only one trash can in the bathroom which made it hard to throw out the take out containers. Then there was too little tables and chairs for breakfast most of the people had to eat in the entrance of the hotel and sit their styrofoam plates on a coffee table, those are why I would give this place four stars. Otherwise this place would be perfect, absolutely great breakfast! The suite was spacious and there WAS two air conditioners one in each room which is sometimes a problem with suites. The staff was excellent. We had a drunk next door neighbor which wasn’t the hotels fault, the staff did what they could to help. Really don’t hesitate to stay here it’s clean, bed is a bit soft but some people like that. It’s homey enough to relax it’s great.

Had to change rooms due to smoking smell. Didn’t quite fix problem, changed one smell to a different smell. Comfortable beds however. Clean otherwise. Quite. Staff were extremely accommodating.

The front desk gal at check in was very unhelpful! Check out gal Very Helpful!!

A nice, clean hotel. My family loved the style of this place, which is why we picked it from the photos. The pool looked bigger in the picture, but was refreshing. For the price you couldn't beat it. However, the best part, is it's in the heart of the city. Everything is close, dining, shopping, and museums. Thanks Orbitz!

I apologize your stay was not perfect. The fan could have been used on the AC. It does have a fan setting that would run all night. Thank You Sincerely, Bob Gutman Manager
