The classic quad room is much smaller than expected. There is almost no space besides the beds and one small desk. We were assigned to another building. Not sure if the room in the main building is better. At least the pictures on Orbitz for this quad room looks much better than our room.

Bad services and small room and bath. Very un recommendable

hotel is close to the train and bus station.. if the street noise does not bother you, this hotel location is not bad. hotel restaurant staff is very nice. beware of 12$ euro city tax/ a night, you have to pay cash.

It was an old world type hotel with a balcony and an old type elevator

Its located right next to the train station so its very convienient if youre looking for a place close to it. The rooms are bit dated but very clean and the breakfast is mediocre at best. It wasnt great but not much to complain about.

The hotel is much older and smaller than is pictured in the photos. The street nearby isn't very clean, the rooms are very small, and the overall hotel, from the elevator to the carpets in the hallway show that the place is not as well-kept as you would expect a "four-star" property. That being said, the staff was courteous and the breakfast in the morning was robust and full-service. Also, very close to the Termini train station, which was convenient.

We are satisfy this hotel and service. And it is good location.

We stayed here with four other families and enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were a bit small, but that is understandable in Rome. We stayed in a quad with our daughters. The hotel came at a recommendation of some friends that have stayed there four time previously. We stayed on third floor and chose to walk the stairs to work off more calories instead of the tiny elevator.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and a great location. However for a 4 star I think they should have a dental kit (toothbrush / toothpaste) and a complimenatry water. There was no trash can in the room either. However the breakfast was very delicious, the interior stylish and the stuff very helpful

Beautiful hotel with pleasant room tucked into the Termini area of Rome.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Morgana for one night. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The rooms are quite tidy, and staff very accomodating.

Stayed in a few different hotels in Europe and they standards and US standards are different. This is a 4 star European hotel and probably a 3-3.5 US. Located close to Termini station which is a good location. Neighborhood isn't great but didn't feel unsafe even with my wife, 13 yr old daughter & infant daughter. Hotel and clean, staff were very nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

convenient and great staffs. Near termini. Breakfast buffet is awesome.

Overall, I would say, we liked this hotel better than another hotel that we stayed in Rome previously. The service here was much better. The location was very central, so we had acces to transportation, food, services...etc. unfortunately, it's not the best part of town and didn't always feel that safe. But it was always lively there with many people around.

Stayed 2 nights before cruise. All the staff were extremely friendly. Smiles everywhere. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and very large with nice high ceiling. People had warned us about staying near Termini but we never felt unsafe--perhaps the area has been cleaned up recently. We would definitely stay here again. Great value and hospitality.
