Pros: nice hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, nice and friendly staff. Con: elevator was not working the whole time we were there. I was charged city taxes for two rooms upon check out,in the amount of 56 euros. My booking specifically said one family room with a special request of two single beds and one double bed.Orbitz , please clarify and would like a refund of 28 euros back to my credit card.My booking reference is 7520257061463. Thank you. Victoria Madlambayan.

One of my very favorite hotels on our vacation. This is truly a luxury boutique hotel, impeccably clean, 5 star service, and located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood away from traffic and crowds. Its a nice walk to the city center and we didn't mind it at all. We took a few taxis in the rain but the quality you get for your money is really worth it. The bed sheets were soft and crisp high thread count cotton and beautiful to sleep on. The service was worthy of the 5 stars and everyone was top notch.

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Reasonable rates for a luxury hotel. A little far from downtown, but right by the Borghese gardens.

Staff was amazing parking was great and only 15 min walk to Rome old city

An elegant oasis near the Borghese Gardens and a few miles away from Rome’s gritty tourist center. Art Deco decor and elegant oil paintings of women fill the public and private areas. Our suite was spacious and impeccable. Our go-to hotel next time we’re in Rome.

Away from center of tourism but close enough. Each time we left to go tour sites ea way cab was 10 euro. Quiet rooms peaceful would stay here again

I had a good experIence over all with the hotel.....

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids, 6 and 4 months. The staff took care of everything. The area is quiet but there are a few excellent restaurants near by. Would definitely stay there again. The only caveat is that it isn't very close to the main sites. However most can be reach via a 30 minute walk through a beautiful park.

Loved this hotel! The only drawback was it's location which was quite far from the spots most everyone wants to see while in Rome. The plus side was that it was very quiet and peaceful. Taxis were plentiful and the highest fare paid to anywhere was 12 Euros so it was a good trade off. Also, there were very few restaurants close by but it has a world class restaurant and breakfast buffet was included. The staff and service was absolutely impeccable.

excelt price exelente attetion and exellent value. the staaf recomended good restaurant

Dear Victoria Madlambayan, thank you very much for sharing your nice review with us, we are very happy to read your enjoyed our breakfast buffet and the courtesy of our staff! Following your comment on the elevator, unfortynately we had an unforseen problem that we could not wait to fix, now everything is fine! Regarding the city tax, the amount is 7 euro daily per person, in your case 4 person per 2 nights, the amount you paid is correct. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. We hope to welcome you back on your next trip to Rome. Best Regards
