The staff is amazing. They really go out of their way to help with anything you need. If you are in a wheelchair & want to stay here the hotel only has one room thqt is accessible. When booking your room make sure to ask about that.

BEWARE! The first room they tried to place us in was filthy - black scuff marks halfway up the wall, old and outdated bedding - it looked like no one had touched the room to clean or update it in decades. There was barely enough room to walk around the bed. We requested another room but were told they were full. Of course, they had a junior suite available for double the price, which we were forced to pay if we didn't want to sleep in a filthy room. The junior suite was beautiful, thankfully. The experience left us feeling completely scammed. Not to mention that the rooftop balcony they advertised was under repair with no advance warning. I would NOT stay here again.

Very nice located hotel with great comfort. I think what is missing is late night open bar and the restaurant open at 7 for breakfast which is little bit late if you want touring the city from the day break.

Good location near train makes me easy to acess from airport at late evening and Korean restaurent nearby.

Great hotel located at just 1 minute from the Termini Station, very clean and pleasant

Very sizable room and bathroom. Perfect location. Only downside is that the wi-fi signal is weak in the guest room.

Our stay here was very pleasant. Hotel location is fantastic. Very close to train station with easy access to local as well as tour buses. Very close to Santa Maria Maggiore, shopping and restaurants. Would have given them a five star rating. The only minor issue is that the bed was a bit too hard. ( but that's just a matter of preference). I would definitely stay here again. Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast!

Close to Metro transit and paid tour buses. Learn to use it so you can get to places easily and with least expense. Other interesting sites were close too. For perspective we actually walked to Piazza di Spagnia in 30 min because we had a mindset to explore as much on foot as possible. You are gonna need to walk off all the good food at nearby. Major stop for the Frecciarossa, recommended for trips to Firenze and further out...

Very close to termini. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast.

This Hotel has excellent location close to Termini station ( 2 blocks only ), so easy access to tourist city bus, and all train to go anywhere from Rome. The Breakfast is excellent , enough to begin the day. The staff is very helpful, and professional. The rooms are small but comfortable, also are available smoking and non smoking rooms. The neighborhood is perfect with multiples restaurant in the area and excellent price. The area is very safe to walk at any time. I strongly recommend this hotel who want to know and enjoy Rome.

It was a good experience staying at Genova. The manager (Claudio) and the staffs (Augusto, Ricardo, Two more older Gentlemen whom I did not know their names) were very accommodating. We were given a smaller room with a small shower, but they fixed it by changing to a larger room the next day with a large fruit plate. I appreciate for doing this which made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast to go for early departure is a nice touch. We really like that since we had to leave at 3:45 AM. This sets this hotel apart from other hotels. The front desk staffs are excellent.

This hotel is located two blocks from the main train/bus station which puts it in a bad neighborhood with lots of street noise. We stayed here in November 2016, the room was too warm for us and the AC was not working. We had to leave the window open to keep comfortable. I barely slept there entire vacation. The noise from the street never stops, from garbage trucks to car honking to the sound of the tram. I even heard the sounds of a woman being attacked on the streets in the night. The area is unsafe at night and should be avoided. But once you close the windows, it does muffle out some of the sounds, but definitely not enough for a good restful night of sleep. Also, the bed was hard and the pillow was flat, not that it would have helped me sleep anyways with the noise. On the plus side, the hotel staff are phenomenal. They provided us with help whenever we needed it. The breakfast provided in the morning was great. Although they had a lot of the same stuff, it was convenient to grab breakfast there. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the window of the room provided some pretty spectacular sunrise photos. There were some great restaurants next door and across the street that made it easy to grab dinner without having to travel unsafely at night. Aside from the unsafe bad neighborhood, it was convenient being located so close to the train station and metro. It made traveling around town easier.

Right next to the train station and metro station.

Only complaint is that the hot water didn't last that long.

Thank you for your comment, regarding wifi at that time there was a problem with the connection with the main company that manages the telephone lines.... sorry.... I hope to see you again at our Genova.
