Reasonable rates. Very accessible location.

Convenient spot while staying in Santa Rosa

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was average - but I appreciated having a bath tub because I have three kids 5 and under. Tubs aren’t easy to find anymore. Location was very close to the freeway and shopping. I’d stay there again!

It is very "ghetto" but if you just need a safe place to sleep it is ok and cheap. The rooms smell strongly of smoke. But sheets are clean and room looked clean. I'd give it a 6/10 on safety scale. Front desk ladies are nice and accommodating.

The room was nice since it had been renovated but there wasn't enough towels or toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights

There was no mini regrigerator at the property(which is usually a standard at every motel) also was hard to figure out how the ac worked so I checked out of the hotel on the 3rd day(was booked for a while week) mainlhy because there was no refrigerator so was only there for 3 nights and they charged me for the whole week even tho the lady at the counter told me that I could only be charged for the 3 days that I had stayed there, still trying to get those extra days refunded that I didn't stay there..

This hotel was fine. Had a slight smell of weed when we walked in. But the room seemed clean, and the beds were comfortable enough for our one night stay. There was a bit of noise in the hallway consistently from other guests, and workers doing construction on the building, but generally, was fine.

We arrived at around 12am and it took 10 mins for someone to show up at the “front desk” to get us checked in. Checking in was through a window next to the main entrance so we had to stand outside for awhile. Though there were security guards around the vicinity which made us feel safe, we were just tired after a 10 hr drive and wished for a faster check in.

Homeless people sitting in stairs, cops a d crime scene iinvestigators .no blow dryer like told.very loud people in next room and outside all night!

I was put in a room on the side of the facility overlooking Highway 101. It was literally a baseball toss away. Constant noise made it very difficult to sleep. At the same time, they started to resurface the parking lot below. I wasn't told anything about this or asked if I'd like a room farther away So the constant stink of tar made it almost unbearable to be in the room during the day. The chair in my room was also broken. So it was hard to sit at the table and use the computer. Would never come back!

No rooms service, No soap.,Next day was like 9:0am they where asking that they need to clean the room

the rooms are clean and have the basics. I wish they had microwaves and better fridges. overall very worth the money. the staff is friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable. the only thing is there do tend to be some sketchy people that hang around the area but I haven’t had any actual problems and they do have security at night so I feel secure. convenient location especially if you’re in the area for work, right off the highway, lots of fast food places and restaurants nearby, department stores and laundromats within a mile, and two 24 hour gas stations very close by if u work early hours.

The staff is friendly and it wàs no problem for us to book same room more than once during a stay. Very accommodating:) Staff also pays attention to the do not disturb. Clean rooms, great staff!

Great price , clean rooms, close to the freeway , near many convenience stores, pleasant staff

It was nice and quiet. Really clean and the staff was friendly.

The room didnt have a microwave thats the only downside.

The managers are great and help as much as they can and are willing to work with people and help with a good attitude.
