Top issues, Price. Compared to other properties in the area, this should be no more than $150 a night. Location. This is locayed in a mostly abandoned area of town. Never felt safe at night in the area. Noise. Super loud traffic. Room. Had a musty smell and bathroom was terrible. This whole place needs a serious remodel before you ask $300 a night. Not worth it!

I would characterize this hotel as a crash pad; 1/AC -loud, maybe in last leg 2/room not cleaned well, gross bathroom (points for shower products) 3/ freeway noise -awful 4/ bed and pillows - lowest quality. 5/ grab snd go breakfast- no gluten free options . Great if you had too much wine and need a place to crash. Easy Check in and Staff friendly. Great location. Surge pricing was a bummer.

It’s an affordable stay for us and the room was clean from a sanitary aspect however the room is showing it’s age patch marks and paint overs... mattress was old sagged a lot in the middle had to put pillows underneath the center of the bed... it just seemed like the room was old and outdated... most of the parking was filled with work trucks not A touristy spot or destination hotel by any means... however it was in expensive for the area and the check in was fast and quick.

The room was nice bathroom tube rusty and sheets were stained. House keeping was horrible. They never came to our room to take out trash or put new bedding. 3 days two night with same sheets. And when I called the front office they told me to come and get the sheets and change the bed myself.

Covers hot tub is amazing. Beds are very comfy. I stay once a month. The only thing that upset me, was that a Best Western employee told me when I asked to change my dates that it would automatically update with orbitz. Then I went into my account to book my next stay since I stay once a month, and it said my original date was still in orbit and they were ready for my check-in that night. When I called to fix it, Orbitz said it was up to Best Western on if they would charge me or not. They couldn't get a hold of Best Western because Best Western was busy, but when I got a hold of Best Western the employee told me that Orbitz would be the one charging my card not her. So it was out of her hands. Basically orbitz and Best Western was saying they couldn't help me because it was on the other party.

This hotel needs a lot of improvements - not even sure how the BW put their name on this property- more like 1 star motel. The bed and linens were old, the bathroom was so outdated I was sure if will be able to shut the shower faucet. The shower itself barely flow. I will put it at 1 star.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The beds were very nice. Office staff friendly

The staff was friendly and thoughtful. My son wasn’t feeling well, so they offered extra blankets to keep him warm. The staff in the breakfast room is not only courteous but anticipated our every need! I’m so pleased with this stay!

The room was next to a stairwell. It was noisy the first night. It was extremely noisy the second night with drunks yelling up the stairwell. We got very little sleep. It was a complete rip-off for the money we paid.

For the rate (compared to the ridiculous rates in Hilton and Marriott properties nearby), this is a fantastic hotel with a spacious double queen bed room and excellent pool, hot tub and breakfast!

Nothing but a Motel 6. All doors face the parking lots. Beware of shifty characters. It was clean and had breakfast. Also could not hear neighbors through walls - that was a plus. But highway noise is loud - back of building faces freeway.

The room was nice bathroom tube rusty and sheets were stained. House keeping was horrible. They never came to our room to take out trash or put new bedding. 3 days two night with same sheets. And when I called the front office they told me to come and get the sheets and change the bed myself.
