The only reason I booked this hotel was because there was a bar/restaurant in it. When we arrived the bar/restaurant was not open and the hotel staff had no answers. No breakfast available as advertised. No fridge or microwave in room.

The property was clean, very out of date, and staff didn’t explain much when asking them a question. The bar was closed, when asking the staff why they had no reasoning and couldn’t tell us when it would be open. It was a very nice bar and fully stocked too! The rooms were very outdated and stains were all over the carpet. No mini fridge, no microwave. The pool was outside and closed for the season. No hot tub. Overall we would never stay here again.

The location is right next to the bus station downtown, which makes for a sketchy crowd outside.

The lobby was the best part of this hotel. The location is horrible, right in the middle of the city. The street was closed off, so we circled the street for about 1 hr before we could get in. We paid extra for a nice room on the 12th floor. It was extremely outdated, the wall was bowed out from water damage. The room was dirty and had an odor. My husband even said it looked retro. The overall experience there was not good. Staff was not friendly. Each registered vehicle is allowed 5 exits from the parking garage, each time we left, there was an issue with getting out and needed assistance. I would give this place a zero. We stayed there because it was where the bride and groom chose for guests for their wedding. The horrible condition of the hotel was a hot topic.

The front desk supervisor was great with dealing with the issues that happened. The down sides were this hotel promotes that there is a restaraunt on site, that was only open 1 day the whole time we were there. They also promote a pool that has been closed for maintenance. The parking garage was horrible. I ended up having to pay $25 for parking the first night because the person running the front desk when we checked in didnt inform us or give us a parking pass, and I also had to go to the front desk supervisor repeatedly due throughout my stay because my card kept on being charged for things that were not authorized. I had prepaid for the room months in advance and the person who checked us in didnt know what he was doing which caused my card to be charged numerous times, 6 seperate charges, totaling over $2100.00, after I had already paid $1500.00 for the room already. I spent most of my mornings having to contact my bank to have the money put back into my account again. I booked the rooms for a total of 7 days and 8 nights and the cleaning staff cleaned the rooms maybe 3 times the whole time we were there. We ended up checking out a day early to come home because we were unhappy about our stay. The only good thing this hotel did was give us a refund for the rooms. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again and I would recommend that any booking site remove this place from their site to prevent customers seeking a refund on their stay.

Hotel was in a general state of disrepair the toilet seat in my room needed replacing the windows were grimey the pool was green and unusable there were signs of repairs that were started but never completed on the hotel. They charge you a "convenience fee" to park your own car of I think 11.00 a day, or pay 11 for valet however there was never once a Valet at the hotel. They charged another 13.99 per day if you wanted to eat their standard hotel breakfast.. the pictures must have been taken 10 or so years ago.

Rooms are Very dirty and unkept. The sheets were so rumpled like it was brought out from trash. The mattress was awful. Doesn’t worth the cost

I arrived at midnight because my flight was delayed 3 hours. I had already told the hotel in order to send me the free shuttle. I had to call twice once I landed for that and the girl at the front desk hung up on me the two times without telling me the number of the cab or the name of the driver. Once I arrive, the cleanness of the room was very poor. There were hairs on the bathroom sink. I wanted to iron my clothes for my next morning meeting and the iron did not have the lid of the water tank, so when I poured the water and started ironing all the water dropped into my clothes. The worst part was the bed: the sheet of the bad was on top of the down instead of below! So I had to remake my bed again. It was a disaster.

Very friendly. Easy parking. Close to blue cross arena

This hotel offered a beautiful outdoor area with views of the river. There was a complimentary dinner (Taco Tuesday), which included free beer and wine. The hotel also provided a driver who will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius for free. The driver Jim was excellent! Additionally, Sarah at the front desk was amazing! I had one issue with a staff member that was remedied by the manager after speaking to him. Overall a great spot to stay! We had 6 girls and rented a two bedroom, two full bath suite with very comfortable beds and pillows for a very reasonable price! I would definitely stay here again!!

The lobby needs a redo. The elevators look old and do no all function and you wait minutes for an elevator. The exterior of the property actually looks like a derelict building on the E Main Street side. Its awful, that. The room was clean, but with a bad stain on carpet next to bed.

Nice view of the Genesee River. Convenient location from the airport.

This was an older property that hasn't been upgraded in some time. The bathroom was small and with slippery mats somewhat dangerous. There was a less than adequate breakfast facility adjacent to the hotel, but the better bet was to walk a couple of block to the Hyatt where you had quality food and fine service. The prices should have been like the Hampton but instead were closer to the Hyatt. But it simply wasn't worth it. A big disappointment.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here! Great location, close to a local venu Anthology. The front desk agent was phenomenal! If she wasn’t the manager she certainly should be. She made our stay that much more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back.
