Not a clean place. Dirty towels and empty shampoo and lotions bottles. Very shady neighborhood. Clearly ppl have been smoking in the room.

This property was in absolutely terrible condition. The number on my door was written in sharpie because the numbers had fallen off. The entire facility was old and in disrepair. The elevator had buttons missing. The bath tub had cigarette burns. The creamer for the coffee was in chunks. The tv had what seemed to be a web cam? There was no fitness room - which is part of why I reserved here. It was an old empty room with "fitness room" blacked out with sharpie. Nothing about this property was as it was presented and promised - or as it should be. Unbelievable that it was a Ramada/Wyndham. Had I known the state of it I would have never reserved there.

Was nothing like the pictures on the website , not furnished with towels for room, dirty and out of date.

Spiders in the elevator and assassin bug in the room when we came in. Room wasn't clean, and the bathtub was stained and dirty.

The hotel is very run down. There was trash all over the grounds. Outside stairwells smelled of urine. The elevators floor was worn and nasty. People were living there long term. No security so drunks and druggies were up and down the outside walkway through the night.

Possibly this is the dirtiest hotel, I have ever seen in my 40 years of hotel experience. I wonder how they managed to get Wyndham franchise.

I could only find one outlet that worked to charge my cell phone. The water in the sink didn’t work. What would run out ran thru sink onto floor. Housekeeping didn’t come to help. Had to go to neighbors next door to borrow sink just to brush teeth. Electricity and water would Be expected as basics. I will not stay in this hotel again not recommend to others.

Let’s see first I went to my room and there was a homeless man in it,scared the hell out of me so the front desk clerk put me in a second room.It was not fit for an animal...it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a year. There was no comforter on the bed and it’s winter...it was supposed to be nonsmoking but had cigarette holes all over the sheets visible when I walked in.The floors had mud everywhere. The bathroom had cement all over it.I have never seen anything like this.So after going up and down the stairs to the office I was finally put in a decent room but it had not even one towel. The clerks are very nice here but the maids are pathetic. Then the maids apparently wouldn’t even bring towels to me so after waiting in my room I tracked them down. There was no apology nor did they speak much English so they didn’t understand, finally I got my towels. The room next to me was loud all night so the whole experience was basically a horror story. This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at, I would not recommend it.

Beautiful rooms and great atmosphere. The only thing that could be improved is the comforters. They're too thin and not very soft. Otherwise, perfect!

I agree with other reviews. How does Ramada allow their name to be associated with such a dump. Massively ran down hotel. We got lucky our room was clean, comfortamble and decent. Never again !!! Hotel needs a full remodel!! Elevator permit is expired by two years!!!!!! Ramada...have some shame!!!! Check your properties!!!! Staff was amazingly sweet and check in and check out!!

Old, shabby, and musty. The front desk staff were wonderful.

the room was disgusting! mold on the ceiling bathtub was chipping apart, wall paper coming down, can hear the rooms next to you "people talking" smoke coming through vents in bathroom, pulled back covers on bed and there were stains all over it, the hole hotel looked half abandoned and falling apart, flat out disgusting but it was to late to find anywhere else to stay

Not clean, first room’s TV did not work, smoke hole burns in bed cover, no extra blankets. Old soap in tub left. Did not feel safe. No water since water pipe burst, but this one item was not Ramada’s fault. Need I say more.

Can't believe this is a Ramada. I've never said this before but do yourself a favor, don't stay there. If I hadn't prepaid I would have gone elsewhere.

The staff we encountered were all very nice and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. Housekeeping most definitely could have done a better job. The large windows were covered in a child's handiwork with dirty hands. The shower curtain was either stained or dirty...looked dingy. The coffee maker was sitting on top of the safe, which was sitting on the floor. I think a better place for it would've been on the desk. The continental breakfast was terrible. There were biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were like hockey pucks, as were the bagels. The only other options were luke warm eggs, donuts from a market or waffles (made by you). I made a waffle, and it was good. Otherwise, we were satisfied. I am not a complainer, but if I owned this hotel, these are easy things to remedy, about which I would want to know. This was a spur of the moment trip for us, and the rates are great.

Hotel location is nice and convenient. The cleanliness of this place is just not desirable peeling and dirty tubs with used bar of soap evidence it hadnt been cleaned, unprofessionally painted walls, filty carpets, sofa in my room was very visisibly soiled with dirt and room was outdated. I was assigned two rooms because I complained about the first room both were filthy. Paid in full and it was non refundable so I stayed anyway. If they clean this place of a bit I wouldnt mind staying there again but, until then negative .

Our room had big holes in the ceiling over the shower. The bathroom tub didn't drain during showers. The breakfast was continental it had three types of doughnuts, dry cereal, oatmeal and eggs. The food area was unclean and the staff war white plastic gloves at the front desk and then went to handle good. To unsanitary to eat coffee and milk all over the counter.

It was a decent and fairly clean hotel. The outside and the rooms are a little old but with some maintenance and fresh painting will come back to live. The breakfast were good and in par with other more expensive hotels.

Antiquated hotel that was chosen simply for the price. Fold out sofa did not have linens. When the front desk was called, we were asked to come back to the lobby to pick up the sheets and pillows. Really? Many other little things that might bug people, such as light bulbs out in light fixtures, way to soft bed, but, it was just a road side stop while travelling...
