We arrived to lettuce on the floor by the bed and bugs on the pillow. I played it off to my kids as being in the desert on a bottom floor, you’ll see bugs… however, the icing on the cake was the 6 in. long, 2.5 in. wide BLACK MOLD on the shower ceiling, which obviously didn’t occur overnight. Showed the desk staff a picture when I left the next morning (1 day early), she called the manager/owner…they wouldn’t refund me for the next night. HEALTH HAZARD. Don’t believe the pictures on Orbtiz.

Service great, room stunk and needs an over haul.

Clean, great breakfast— beds not real comfortable.

Room is clean. The lady who checked us in was very friendly.

The coffee tasted strangely not sure if it’s an issue with the local water

Surprisingly quiet for location. Hotel is dated, but clean and comfortable.

Conveniently located hotel with all the basic amenities and facilities of a roadside inn. The room was clean, everything worked. The breakfast offered good choices including eggs, sausage, yoghurt, cereal, waffles and bread, all in a small but neat dining room. We were able to top off our ice chest using an ice dispenser located outside, right by the parking lot.

This motel has the basics correct. Room seemed clean enough, checkin late-nite open, and parking ample. Photos of pool make it look more than it is, but we didn't use it. This property is an average road motel. No complaints, no standouts. It most certainly should be priced cheaper - but the whole lodging market is overpriced, IMO, because of military base demand I guess. Wish someone could bring in more creativity.

This was my third time staying at this hotel and we have been very happy with it every time. It's always clean, the beds are comfortable and it's usually quiet. It's nothing special, but based on my other relatives experiences it is consistently the best deal in Ridgecrest for cost and comfort.

Pleasant, helpful fellow behind the counter. Good location with a decent diner across the street. The room was fairly spacious, with amenities if you needed them.

OK hotel for area and resonable priced.

The hotel is clean and nice. The wall air condition unit is unusually quiet. But I am most impressed by the customer service when we checked out. The staff actually asked me sincerely what can be improved in order to make our stay more comfortable. And when I told her one suggestion (actually very minor), she actually really took a note of it and told me she will ask the maintenance guy to fix it. This is a small act, but gave me strong impression. I have never had this kind of experience, even at the 5 star hotels around the world.

We just stopped in on a long drive up north. It was perfect for what we needed, a place to sleep. I would not probably stay here for a vacation as it was more of a business place. They had continental breakfast for us so we got up, showered and back on the road.

I was just staying for one night and got in late. Easy to find on the main drag through town, sufficient parking in a well-lit lot. Friendly and efficient check-in, comfortable and very clean room. From the street, the place doesn't look maybe quite as inviting as the Hampton Suites or Carriage Inn down the way, but once in, the rooms are very pleasant. Nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable quality bedding, plenty of hot water. I was pretty chilled after working a long day in the wind and happy to find the heater in the room was efficient and quiet. The website says all rooms have frig and microwave---I don't think mine did, but I was so tired maybe I just missed them in a cabinet or something, so good idea to confirm if this is important to you. There is a continental breakfast downstairs with hardboiled eggs, assorted cereals, fresh oranges, bagels or bread to toast, and batter for making waffles. Coffee, tea, etc. Also clean and well-stocked. Dinig area is a bit small, but it's easy enough to take your breakfast back to your room as well. Much better than the nasty little packaged Danish you often find. Good value and a pleasant stay.

Clean room with adequete amenities. Close to everything in Ridgecrest.

The Comfort Inn at Ridgecrest was easy to find. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was large with quality finishings. The breakfast included waffles, but was mostly marginal pastries. The coffee was ok but the cups were tiny. The fitness room had five pieces of equipment and the jacuzzi was large.

This was our third time staying at this hotel, only disappointment was finding a bug in my sons bed.
