Room was very nice. Only complaint is the lighting was fluorescent, dim, and horrible.

Business Business

Older Westin, staff was great especially check in. The property needed a refresh, I’m surprised it wasn’t done this year when travel was slower and they had the time. Especially the bathroom was disappointing and the shower, the tile on the floor was not clean or maybe just old and needed to be replaced. Westin usually prides itself on the “spa like” bathrooms and amenities.

Front desk staff not overly friendly. They send you to worst rooms first and you have to get new room several times so you are in a quiet location with a walk in shower and not a bath tub shower. I had reserved and prepaid for a suite which also confirmed on phone but was not available upon timely check in and was told it was given to a higher level customer on rewards program. However once you are in room it is comfortable with nice bed, big tv and walk on shower. Plenty of easy close free parking up front. Front desk staff need to be friendlier and more welcoming. Good restaurant food but beer prices are high.

Partner Couples

The room was nice, can't compain there. Just no reason to pay for club level. They didn't tell us all of the 'club level' perks don't exist right now due to covid, yet we still paid $50 more to get a 'club level' room.
