Toilet didn't flush, shower didn't drain right, fridge was busted, floor was filthy. Don't know if this can be blamed on hotel, but the whole floor reeked of pot.

This property should be removed from consideration by Orbitz. Lack of staff led to prolonged check-in. Room was not clean: no towels, blood on pillow, had not been vacuumed, coffee maker had dried coffee pouch stuck in it, this was the worst hotel I've stayed in!

Service at the front desk was very slow. They ask for $100 cash or credit for damage up front. Shower rod was barely hanging on. Carpets were filthy. etc.

The room was incredibly dirty and if it had not been for the person who checked us in, this review would have been entirely unpleasant but the gentleman who took care of getting me set up for the night was professional and kind. There were roaches in the room, dirty bedding, and the beds were about as comfortable as sleeping on a concrete slab with no pillows.

The room was not cleaned. There was no refrigerator (a space was there, but the fridge was gone), no shower curtain, a hole in the wall, and the picture on the wall was broken- glass broken.

This hotel was filthy. The whole hotel smelt like smoke and the full breakfast consist of a paper bag with 2 cakes, an apple and a bottle of water. The sheers were dirty.

We had to move to three different rooms because either the door wouldn’t unlock, or there was a moldy smell and moisture in another. It was very disappointing because we could never get settled in and comfortable until our trip was pretty much over. Other than changing rooms 3 times, everything else was ok. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good!

Bath tub was blocked, carpets had an old feel. One of the two elevators were out of order and there were long lines to go up or down.

It took 3 room checks to find a clean one - none of the issues were documented that they had occurred. Pending a call to the manager and general manager to remediate.

the heating unit was too loud the light lamps werent working properly, other than that all was fine.

Rooms were relatively clean and updated. Chair had huge stain. Common areas rundown and need a facelift. Breakfast not too hot-kept running out of things, like coffee but Waffle House is not far Not bad for an overnight.

Checked into this hotel for the Anthem Half Marathon Was convenient to Broad Street; and good eating establishments However the drain in the shower was clogged and had to have maintenance fix it. When I returned to the room later in the afternoon, the room still had NOT been cleaned by the cleaning staff. Finally got around to it but not until later in the afternoon

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. I fully expected the room to smell like smoke and see some visual wear but there was no smell and everything else functions and was clean. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6am on Saturday and we needed to get moving so couldn't stick around. When we left at approximately 6:15 breakfast still had not been put out.
