We loved the historic aspect of the property & it’s character! The bedroom & bed were very comfortable and spacious. And the location was ideal. We hoped to book our sons rehearsal dinner for his upcoming wedding but due to

We liked the shuttle service available to customers to various spots within a couple mile radius of the Inn. The restaurant at this location was quite nice, as well. There were parts of the city near the Inn that were kind of 'sketchy'. Not sure I would go out at night alone. Microwave and small 'fridge in the room did not work. We also had trouble with the TV, but someone came and repaired the TV for us. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Many steps and uneven floor surfaces made it a challenge to move about (with bad knees), but the staff were very friendly and the ambiance was just perfect

Convenient location, great staff, room has great light and comfortable.

The atmosphere is wonderful. Our room was beautiful. The only thing that would keep me from gushing about the property was the mattress. It was very squishy...way too soft. Also we waited a long time to get our car from valet parking. I believe the person at the desk may have forgotten to request ours as other people coming after got theirs first. That being said, I’ll definitely be back because the property is so unique!

The outdoor rooms and the courtyard were beautiful!

Location was convenient. Shuttle was extremely helpful. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

Love the historic charm of the Inn. Beautifully appointed furnishings and exceptionally friendly staff. The front desk gentleman was very gracious in checking us in for our wee hours arrival and also allowing us a late check out time the next morning. Our beds were cloud like comfortable. This Inn is centrally located for exploring many points of interest in downtown Richmond. For a delicious taste of the Old Dominion stay at the Linden House Inn♥️

The beauty of the vintage rooms and the awesome courtyard paired with a really friendly staff that was happy to strike up convo and make local suggestions was awesome

Lovely historic Hotel in downtown Richmond, VA . Easy late am check in and front desk is around the clock with friendly staff. Furnished in period antiques, large rooms, charming porch with rocking chairs. Bed very comfortable, nice bathroom. Great farm to table restaurant for a fee for breakfast. Inexpensive Lyft ride from the Richmond Airport.

It was overall a good stay. Nice location, close enough to walk downtown. There were a few problems, though - the shower pressure was very low, little more than a trickle; and the wifi signal was very weak. Other than that, nice hotel.

My husband and I were thrilled to find out upon our check-in that we had been upgraded to a suite—one of the most beautiful and spacious hotel rooms we had ever stayed in. The staff was extremely courteous despite our late check-in time. Also, the hotel location could not be better.

I was there only for one night and the weather was not great. The history and architecture of the building(s) is interesting. The high-ceiling rooms are spacious, everything was neat and clean. Staff is very friendly.

We learned that the hotel was built pre-civil war (1840's). While lying in bed I would feel someone kick the bed. However there was no one else near bed. Hmm. I finally realized the next morning that when someone walked in the hallways the boards would shake my bed. Love old buildings!

Perfect and the right price for downtown .....................
