I’ve stayed at other Country Inn properties and never had any complaints but this stay, the desk had not been cleaned as there was something sticky spilled on it and you could see the cup rings still there. The curtains were ripped, the bathtub had someone else’s hair in it and lots of it, not just a few. It was loud in the hall and in the middle of the night someone was knocking on my door, which I did not answer as I was alone this stay. The carpet was dirty, the stains were visible. I will no longer stay at a Country Inn and take the chance of wasting my money, and I have never left a bad review anywhere I’ve stayed.

I stayed a week. It was ok, I had to ask for towels everyday and had to wait a few times which was annoying!

Terrible. The smell in the room is nauseating. Carpets are filthy and sticky in the rooms. Stains are everywhere including carpet, chairs, sheets. Rooms and hotel need a serious renovation. The price to stay here does not reflect the quality.

Check in was easy with friendly staff but was informed the elevator was broken and our room was on 3rd floor but other than that nice stay.

I wa there 3 nighys and did not see house keeping once. The breakfast was very sparse.

The smell of marijuana in this hotel was overwhelming. One particular night the smell was so strong it woke me up at 3am. The pool and hot tub had been drained and appeared to be under repair. Room cleaning service is not available until after you check out but you can get extra towels at the front desk.

We should have been informed prior to booking that the pool had been drained.

Due to limitations caused by COVID-19, we did not use the "amenities". The room was comfortable, we were provided a little bag of breakfast to go with a bottle of water, and although a quick one night stop, was pleasant.

Terrible hotel: not clean; hard to get wifi to work. Terrible staff attitude: staff that's unfriendly, uncaring, and very rude.

I understand that certain hotel amenities are no longer available but it's staffs responsibility to explain that to customers in apologetic ways. In this hotel, staff did not mention things not available until I ask about the gym. She replied no gym, no breakfast, no room service, no pool. I mentioned that was still advertised on hotel website. She replied I just told you we're not offering them. I asked if I can cancel my reservation. She replied you have to do it through your booking site and make sure you check out before noon and also let us know or else you'll be charged. She then said, I need a credit card for incidentals. Also, I added 2 more nights because I did not want to check out and recheck in another hotel since I work at a hospital from 7p to 7a. The same lady told me that since I added 2 more nights it's okay to stay in the same room and that will be reflected in their system. Another lady woke me up twice on my initial checkout date and each time informed me that I needed to check out at noon that day. First time I explained that I added 2 more nights. She came back a second time and stated that computer is still showing that I needed to check out. I was furious at this time but kept my composure. Also I was unable to log onto to wifi; called operator and was told to call a certain 800 number. Explained that I already tried but unsuccessful; she said that's only solution she knows. Terrible staff; attitudes were unwelcoming, uncaring, and frankly very rude.

When we arrived at 3pm. Nothing was ready and this remained the entire weekend. The room smelled like maple syrup upon arrival and no one cared when we told them, no towels were ready for about 2 hours then we had to ask for more towels.

The room was clean other than stained carpet. The staff was very nice. The elevator was disgusting with lots of dirty hand and fingerprints all over the area where you have to push the buttons. It was so nasty!!
