Requested clean linens which didn't come. Had to pick them up at the front desk myself.

Old... Nothing ever changes Have had better breakfasts with this COVID in place.. Even needed to ask for HOT water. Life still goes on

The pool was closed, doors slamming very late at night, heater squealed every time it shut down. Kept me up all night. Employees were very nice.

The hotel lobby smelled horrible, along with the hallways. The key cards didn’t work, they kept having to re program them. The people at the front desk were rude. The beds were uncomfortable. We had to slam the door to make sure it was shut.

Terrible Customer Service - I reserved a motel room at Quality Inn through Orbitz about six weeks before a show that I was working at in Minocqua. After a long day of driving and setting up my booth, I arrived and was told that I had no reservation by an arrogant man working at the front booth. Although there were signs all over stating that everyone was required to wear face coverings and it is required in all public buildings in Wisconsin, he was not wearing a face covering. I showed him my reservation on my cell phone and he said that happens where the third party (Orbitz) cancels reservations on customers. I couldn't believe that they would do that. He said that he had to talk to the manager and I stood in the lobby for at least a half hour during the whole time. Finally, they let me book a room at a higher price and he said, "You either pay this price or you don't stay here." I called Orbitz and was told by two representatives that they would never cancel my reservation. When the second Orbitz agent called the front desk, she told me that he was extremely rude and hung up on her. She called the front desk and talked to a woman who told her that I had called the motel and cancelled the reservation previuosly. Why in the world would I cancel a reservation and show up to check in! Plus, like most other Orbitz users, there is a cancel option or the Orbitz web site which I only have ever used in the past if I needed to cancel.

Bed was comfortable. Curtains were in shreds - I’ve never seen that in even the worst hotels. Staff was very unfriendly. No grab and go breakfast even though just about every other hotel offers that under the coronavirus conditions. Price too high for this hotel, which was nearly empty

We checked in after 3 and rooms were not cleaned wanted us to take more expensive room. Not right. After discussion and phone call to manager was given room for $2.00 more a nigh.t. They need more staff. Also sofa in lobby very dirty

Staff let me use kitchen freezer for freezing ice packs.

Small hotel but clean and friendly. My kids loved the pool.

Busy season, staff was a bit hurried. Room was clean and quiet though.

Late night staff was untrained, and it took 25 minutes to check us in. Pain to wait at the front desk for 10 min for someone to come to the desk. I had to call the hotel number and let it ring for 5 min. before she showed up. Then she didn't know how to check us in. I think she was really the cleaning person that was not trained for the job. Or maybe she just started. The hotel room was very nice. I was not expecting it to be this nice. Large bath tub in the bathroom with jets. I have never seen that in a hotel. Beautiful tile in the bathroom and beds were comfortable and attractive. Nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and all the normal breakfast items you would expect. There was a pool and hot tub that looked nice. We didn't have time to use them. One strange thing is they didn't have a lobby bathroom. So make sure you use the bathroom in your room before you turn in your keys. Or if you were at the pool you would have to go to your room???

It is a $85 a night hotel, so it is what it is. Could use a few cosmetic upgrades. Paint in the public areas - all the heat registers in the public areas are bent and rusty. The public and employee smoke area is right out the front do. You have to smell every time you enter or exit and of course the area is full of butts. Te room itself was very nice for the price. Had a nice oversize frig and microwave. We did not eat the free breakfast, but it look very adequate. Coffee was good.

Basic motel with some pluses. In door pool and spa pool a nice touch. The free breakfast was very good. The bed and covers -- very comfortable. There was some noise from the room above us -- suggest second floor rooms.

There were pieces of black coming out with the water in the shower. Found a spot of dried on food on the blanket. On sunday,a busy checkout morning after a full house on Saturday night, there was only one staff person to check people out and keep the supply of food in the breakfast area. tables were not wiped off between quests due to the above.

great getaway for a fishing weekend very near to the lake we were going to fish

Front desk employee was not friendly. Hotel needs a facelift.

clean quite nice comfortable place good value for the money fairly good location

We liked the hotel as a building and it had all the amenities for it's price. The only think was the bed sheets everything made out of polyester - I didn't have a bad experience with it but my boyfriend unfortunately is allergic and got a rush all over his back hands it wasn't very nice
