It was a convenient and quiet location. The room had a heavy cleaning/disinfectant smell for all of our one night stay. It was clean but outdated. Breakfast was fine.

Nice place and friendly staff

Despite COVID, the staff are attempting to be as cheerful and helpful as possible, and are very attentive. During my last stay, the outside garbage cans were overflowing and guests were pitching cigarette butts anywhere but the designated area, which made it a bit unpleasant going in and out of the building.

Guy and the staff work very hard to ensure quality service during COVID times. We truly appreciated that although the usual hot breakfast could not safely be served, every effort was made to provide varied cold breakfast choices.

In room coffee pot had the filter-pack left in it from the last guest. Remote for the TV had “stuff” stuck to it on the volume and channel buttons. The embossed letters were Full of crud. Stayed two nights, they didn’t replace the coffee for the second night..

I so appreciated the wonderful holiday decorating and friendly nature of the staff at the Quality Inn when we stayed on Christmas Eve Eve! We enjoyed the very clean, nicely decorated facilities, and felt so warmly welcomed.

We actually didn’t get to stay at this location. Upon arrival the front desk informed us that due to a snow storm early that day they did not have power, heat, or hot water. The staff was not sure when anything would be restored as they have been dealing with the issue for most of the day. They were very helpful letting me know where I could find accommodations. The woman at the front desk cancelled my reservation so I would get charged. They were very helpful and we will book at this location again!

Nothing out of the ordinary but was convenient to Airport and shopping.

The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were OK, but smelled very damp and musty. It never went away. At check-in the person at the front desk did not show any friendliness or smile at all. Then when I checked out he never even looked up at me. It was disappointing.

Apparently if you want a couch (pictured in each room) that actually canoe use as a bed you must ask for a room with a working couch. Otherwise your kids sleep on the floor and the front desk tells you that "you should have requested a working couch". I've never had a front desk manager stay seated while addressing a concern. I've never had a front desk person tell me that "most of our couches are broken". HE didn't look at me when informing me that it was my fault for not requesting a working couch. I don't usually get irritated, but this guy got me going with his 'I don't want to be bothered by you attitude'

Decent hotel. Clean, but needs a little updating. Staff was very friendly

Here for an overnight during gun deer season. Bed was comfortable, and hotel was quiet.

Great location for hotel in Rhinelander, Wisc. The pool and hot tub were a very relaxing stop at the end of the day. Breakfast is ok, everything was hot and readily stocked.
