Casino itself is amazing, very fun property. The staff had a tendency to be pretty rude, although some were friendly. Once you leave the casino, Reno is a huge disappointment. There is homeless people on every corner, and you no longer have the souvenir shops Reno was once popular for. As long as you don't mind staying in the casino, Reno is still fun. I just hope in the future they can get their employees to buy into the hospitality side of things. I don't need casino employees to kiss my you know what, but I also don't need them to go out of their way to be absolutely rude. That's the biggest thing that stood out from my trip. But don't let this be lost, the row casinos, were an absolute fun time.

Our room/floor was quiet and clean. Beds were soft and comfy. LOVED the shower - it was spacious and updated. We really liked Silver Legacy being connected with El Dorado and Circus Circus, b/c we could have an evening "out" without ever actually leaving. The pool area is just lovely - very clean and relaxing. We spent an entire afternoon there. Parking is free - but a little tricky to navigate during big events. The carpet in our room was a little worn and dirty looking. Our basic/non suite room was small - I think they said it was 360 sq ft. I suggest considering an upgrade to a deluxe room/suite for a little more space for a few $$ more. Staff was friendly and helpful during check in and when we needed additional toiletries. There are some really yummy restaurants in the resort/hotel, but most close at 9 or 10pm. There was only 1 restaurant that we found open 24 hours, which was disappointing. When you have events letting out at 9-10 pm, and a 24 hour casino in operation, it doesn't make that much sense to just have 1 place for all those people to eat at off hours. Tip: Buy some salads/cold sandwiches, chips, fruit, etc at one of the grab n go places in the complex and stash them in the room fridge for a late night meal as needed. All in all - we found this hotel/casino/resort to be a good place to stay for the price. We would stay again.

I liked the self check in and check out. They only had one staff member. Cozy. Could have been a little cleaner but overall a nice stay.

Beautiful place, easy to check-in and check-out, good parking, will come back :-)

Thank you. We had a great stay as always!!!

Always a good place to stay. Late night eating options we a little limited on Tuesday night.

If staff was friendly and easy to access everything

I loved ot all the only thing i did not like was the faxct i had asked when the dome was lite up and was told every 15-20mins and it never lite up once that is the only thing i was actually unhappy with, but then again i was there from sunday to wednesday. Other than that it was fun!

great clean hotels

Not enough tables for cards

Its Reno

No room service I had to bribe the housekeeper to get room serviced

very short staffed, food availability was very, very limited even in walking distance outside!

Silver Legacy registration desk did not have the reservation from Orbitz. I had a paper copy of the confirmed reservation. After several hours trying to locate the reservation, the manager charged us for a room with the understanding if the reservation were found, they would refund the amount. A few hours later, after charging us for the room, the reservation was found. This is the first time I have had any difficulty with using Orbitz to reserve a room. The staff was very helpful.

It exceeded expectations.

The property is very clean and convenient but it took 45 minutes to check in with hotel even though there was 7, or 8 people in front of me in line.

Checking in was horrible. Long lines, managers and staff just walking around behind counter rather than helping 2 check in stations Management should know times when a lot of people are trying to get in

Great experience
