Absolutely horrible! Read all my reviews. I LOVE this industry, but I was robbed. NOWHERE was there a mention that the entire property was under massive construction. I had to ring a bell and wait to be let in. On top of that, I was charged a premium rate. I will not let this stand. I am a Vistana Owner and I will certainly express my thoughts with management. Sooooo disappointing to have to leave a review like this for a chain of Hotels that I am extremely loyal to.

No body told me about the $20 fee "in case you buy something from the bistro." So I had to call. You guys have $20 of my money that I have to wait to get back???

Were in town for my mom's funeral. Picked this hotel because they an indoor pool for our grandkids. The staff was very kind and understanding. Put all of the family in rooms close to each other. Were very happy with the facility. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean. The hotel lobby bar and restaurant was probably the best feature of an already excellent hotel stay. The desk personnel were excellent. My true rating-this is the best Courtyard by Marriott that my wife and I have ever stayed in.

Wonderful staff--very friendly, helpful, solicitors. So nice to have some food available to order in the evening, and a lovely bar for a nightcap!

The Lincroft Courtyard provided us with a clean and comfortable room, great service and surprisingly solid food options during our stay. Would recommend and stay there again.

Stayed for a wedding. The room was fantastic and the service was great too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well appointed. They had a nice cafe/Starbucks counter down in the lobby making it a nice start to the day.

Quiet, clean, very pretty lobby, helpful front desk staff. I don't generally write reviews, but this was a nice surprise on a trip that was not fun (family funeral).

It was a good stay but the walls are thin. Also the cost per night is a little high but it was an enjoyable stay and the staff are very nice. Only problem was I called to request a late check out at 1pm and front desk said no problem. But when I got back to room after meeting friends the door wouldnt open. Had to go to front desk to re-program room key.

The hotel location is great since it is right off the Thruway which made traveling around easy especially since the reason we were there was for a concert in Asbury Park, NJ. The room was spacious and clean. The fact that it had a mini fridge was perfect since we were staying for a few nights and having somewhere to put leftover food was important. Had we have had warmer weather, we would have used the balcony which was a great touch! Most standard rooms do not have a balcony. The only downside was that there was no continental breakfast. Other than that, it was definitely worth the money!

Barb was wonderful when we checked in. It makes your stay better when they care. Thanks for having such great people on your staff.

nice facility and staff

The room was clean. The hotel lobby bar and restaurant was probably the best feature of an already excellent hotel stay. The desk personnel were excellent. My true rating-this is the best Courtyard by Marriott that my wife and I have ever stayed in.
