No elevator to 2nd floor.

It was an okay place to stay. The breakfast wasn't much, we ended up eating out after the first morning.

Housekeeping is spotty - we notified them of toothpaste on the bathroom walls but never cleaned, do not disturb was ignored one day, and not fully stocked with towels on several days. Also, complimentary breakfast is rather limited (bread, cereals, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich).

Clean. Direct. Needs updating.

Continental breakfast poor. No fruit, one flavor of previously frozen bagels. No creamer for coffee. Bathrooms need updating.

Our family loved Foothills Inn! We will definitely return. The staff was wonderful, and it was very clean and comfortable.

They do not have an elevator to 2nd floor and don’t list that in the info to book. I stayed there with my mother who is on oxygen and end stage COPD. She had a struggle climbing the stairs where there should have been an elevator or we should have seen it during booking and only booked 1st floor. Not happy about that!

We didn’t stay. Canceled our reservation. First we were approached by homeless outside of the business before even unloading the car. Enough so another man watching called the police. The hotel was a disappointing dump. Nothing updated in years. Tastless and creepy. We checked in and immediately checked back out and went somewhere else.

It’s a nice and convenient place to stay. The outdoor pool opens till 10 pm. We stayed two nights and visited Mont Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. Only inconvenience is nearby restaurants close at 8 pm. We missed the dinner at the first night.

Nice place to stay. Our room was clean and confortable. Parking is huge and easy. Breakfast is good. The only thing is that check out is at 11am and they were going to charge me $25 to be 20 minutes late and pool was full of insects. The rest was great.

Clean. Helpful staff.pleasant stay. Average hotel. Good price. Continental breakfast included. Quiet location at a main location to travel to a lot of historical sites and parks.

Great Front Desk staff!! Excellent proximity to tourist sights and family restaurants which was helpful as breakfast item choices were scant.

Wonderful staff. Excellent value. Needs new carpeting.

Sorry you did not read the web page, It is stated on it. Most people just look for the cheapest rate, and do not read they are higher on fist floor, maybe you did this. Just Read next time.

Thank You, we do post on our web site and the on line travel agents are to follow ours, but they do not. We list everything even the jelly on our site. Please always read what the Hotel has to offer before booking. We are a lot cheaper than almost all the Hotels, you probably should of selected a new limited service Hotel like the Hampton

Dear George, Sorry about the tooth paste, That should not have happened, the staff is pretty clean as you have noticed from reading the reviews. Your Do Not Disturb sign is not a DND, We are following the Las Vegas Policy all rooms are entered at 12 noon for safety and security each day, As far as Breakfast, that should not have been a shock to you if you had read your web page, we actually itemized what we have. So the guest can book elsewhere if they do not like the option. We try very hard to be out in the open just for that reason, So many people just like to write negative reviews when the Short Staff is working over time to do a good job.

You did not look at our web page or read Orbitz before you made your reservation, we itemize the whole breakfast set up. and the picture of the bath room shows we have a very well maintain Blue Tub shower surround that looks as good as it did 30 years ago, they do not make them like that anymore. So I am thinking you just do not read or like to write bad reviews.

Thank you for this information on no elevator, It is published on our Web site, but Orbitz did not catch it. If any one has special needs always call the Hotel Direct, By the time info gets to the right person and many languages, things can get messed up. We will call them. Thank You again. Connie owner.
