I would like to give a special shout out to Sonia from the front desk. She was extremely helpful and accommodating in a situation that was very stressful for me. My flight was canceled and rebooked for a day later than originally planned and she was very helpful in helping me rebook my room at the hotel, so that I knew I at least had a place to stay. I really appreciated her assistance and hospitable demeanor.

The elevator broke down while you were there. So the waits were long. The hotel was at capacity so understandable

Mostly annoyed with the 100 dollar deposit that I have Yet to get back. Also paying extra for breakfast, which slowed down check in, was TOLD it was till 1030, came down at 930 and it was All put away. So 110$ LOST for a room that was advertised for less than that

The place never cleaned the room the second day

I was visiting family so was gone from the hotel from morning to evening. The first night our room was not made. We were told we had to leave the Service tag outside our door for service. The 2nd night we did exactly that and again our room was not made. We called room service and told them our room again was not made. She asked if we called it in to get our room serviced. I always enjoy the Hilton, never had a problem but I'm putting this one on lazy employees not checking the rooms.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly. Found a beer bottle by the bedside. That was left by last guest. Disgusting!!!

Everything was nice just wanted free breakfast in the morning. The hot tub was down

It was awesome I could go back there anytime the staff and everything was great

I’m honestly not sure if the problem was with orbitz or the hotel or both. But the hotel was overbooked when we tried to check in (at 1am after flying all day) even though they acknowledged they had our reservation.

Hotel had all the amenities we loved. Great bar. Great breakfast Sunday morning, workout room and hot tub. It is conveniently located in north Raleigh just outside 440. Bennie at front desk was full of personality make our stay delightful right from checkin. Will stay there again.
