Hotel Le Priori is beautiful hotel located in a perfect location. After a long day of travel, we were great by friendly staff and shown to our room. Later we walked the town and returnedto our clean beautiful room for a wonderful nights sleep. The following day we walked to the cruise terminal.

Mattresses way too soft. Bed frame had reassess, we bruised our caves... Room was too tiny Bathroom sink was in the bedroom and had no room to put toiletries Liked location of the hotel. Too overpriced for the room size and amenities

Fabulous hotel, staff and location. Room was perfect and loved being able to walk everywhere.

Quaint hotel in Old Quebec City. Near the Funicular to go up to Le Chateau Frontenlac and the upper part of the city. Very close to shops on its level, as well. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if/when visiting Quebec City!

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The whole thing was great, but the beauty was really in the details. The design is adorable, modern, and luxurious. Bed was comfortable. The women at the front desk were all so nice and helpful. The walls are thick... We felt completely alone despite knowing for a fact our friends were right above us. The hotel itself is so charming and beautiful. The continental breakfast was actually excellent (which as we all know,is rare!). They even had hummus, which was a vegan-friendly touch I've never seen before. The complimentary beauty products are animal-testing free (again, a small thing that I SO appreciated!!). We had to leave at 4am for our flight, and they packed us lunchboxes with breakfast to go! Totally the best choice I made my whole trip. Worth the money, for sure.

Great stay..close to old city downtown...surrounded by restaurants, art galleries, souvenir shops and boutiques

Dear Guest, We are sorry to read your stay with us was not up to your expectations. We are sorry to read you did not enjoy our mattresses. A local manufacturer makes them on demand on the other side of the St Lawrence River. We have selected an intermediate firmness to please as many guests as possible but are aware it can be challenging for some guests wanting a firmer or softer bed. We are aware that the position of the sink in our regular and spacious rooms can bother some of our guests. That is why we display explicit pictures of our room configurations and sizes on our official website, on our partner websites and we even made a Google virtual tour to showcase our regular and standard rooms. Working with a historical building on the Unesco World Heritage list brings a lot of challenges as we are subject to many legal restrictions from both our town and the provincial government. We did our best to optimize space and preserving our building. For guests looking for a more traditional bathroom, we do have 5 lovely junior suites and 3 gorgeous suites with a standard bathroom configuration. We often receive a positive feedback on the value for money we offer. We are definitely in the lower bracket for hotel prices in the Old Port and work all year long to offer competitive rates to our valued guests. As a comparison, our biggest suite is the same price as the standard room in one of the neighbouring hotel just down the street. In addition to this commitment, we do not use yield management so our guests can always get the best rate whenever they book their stay. Best Regards, Erwan Franchet General Manager
