The food options were really poor, all restaurants were full and we ended up eating at the buffet every night. The coffee shop was our favorite spot. The beach was not cleaned like other resorts in the area. Mold smell in almost every room.

Wrong room , they gave me another room instead of ocean view , Poor food , only 2 good restaurants the hunter and rio , others are bad . Long waiting for pcr test 90 minutes

The costumer service was amazing. The hotel was clean and they have mask everywhere in case you forget yours. The staff always try to help you and make you feel comfortable while enyoing your best vacation

Stayed at this resort for 5 days with two of my best friends! Overall we had a great time! However, after 11pm, night life dies. If you want to have a good time, definitely take advantage of the daytime activities. Beds could have been cleaner and sheets a little dryer but other than that, super good time! Also, Zen is the best place for food! Get those reservations in at 8am!

On arrival, the check in process is very disorganized. We stood in line at the main registration only to be told that our check in is at a different location for Diamond club. There should be an easily visible sign or someone to guide us immediately. We proceed to the “correct” check in area and again, so greeting or guidance. Our check in process wasted an 1.5hr of our first day. Check in staff need to be more helpful and communicative. A few sit behind a computer screen and never acknowledge your presence. The concierge/butler staff did better. The food was okay. The buffet had limited selections and was the same food every day. The serving station for specialty dishes were nice but well understaffed and extremely slow. The restaurant experience was subpar. The staff did well but the food was not very good Access to the beach was great. Plenty of covered and uncovered beach chairs were available. Great set up. Poor experience without parasailing. The staff did not inform us that their boat was several miles down the coast- it took well over an hour to experience 10 minutes of parasailing that none of us could take pictures or videos of since it wasn’t near the hotel. Yet, several other parasailing companies were well within our view. Overall, very average experience. We have had much better experiences at other Punta Cana resorts. Will not go back. The thing that saved this vacation was the time spend with our family.

Clean, beautiful, but i am guessing due to covid very little entertainment and ZERO night life even then Will do it again.

Staff/service/food excellent. Grounds beautiful. Our room had a lot of humidity and had had a smell, even the draws had that smell. They had to bring us a humidifier in the room so we would be able to help with humidity. The housekeeper Altagracia bent over backwards to help us during our stay. Can’t wait to come back. One of my friends already booked a stay with you because I told her how awesome your place is.

Property manager where never around and when they were, they were unprofessional. I was taken advantage of and overcharged on transactions mind within the resort.

Property was extremely clean, staff was AWESOME, the drink staff around the diamond Pool went above and beyond to make us happy. Carlos, Johnny, Alexis, thank you, thank you, will definitely be back

Overall its a nice hotel , but only issue i have is customer service there where some staff member that have no empathy with the guest I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for a sofa bed and when i spoke with nigth manager since front desk was busy this “manager “ never apologize his answer was that housekeeping said they receive the call 10 minutes ago, another day i when to the hibachi our group was 11 i ask him can u sit 9 in 1 table and 2 on another he just said no with not even trying when i go ahead and sit i see a group of 10 about to sit down, the big issue with punta cana resorts is that the staff dosen’t like helping other dominicains because they think we are not going to tip them , they are looking for there tip first then helping the guest , as a Dominicain my self living overseas , I don’t think I will ever go back.

We would like to mention that our Executive Chef works hard to make an extensive and varied menu of luxury dishes, and he usually accomplishes this goal for all our guests. However, we understand that individual tastes are not common and that not everyone enjoys the same kind of food. Regarding the seaweed on the beach, we have staff responsible for cleaning and organizing our beach on a daily basis and collecting seaweed as well. Please consider that this is part of nature and we have no control over it. Accept our most sincere apologies. However, we would like to correct the impression you had about room cleaning. All rooms, regardless of tipping, are cleaned on a daily basis without exception. The same goes for toilet paper replacement, towel exchange, and all amenities that need replacement. This is supervised and checked every day.
