Solo es fama pero no es un hotel bueno . No hacen actividades con los niños y los muñecos solo una y hay que pagar adicional la activa que hacen prácticamente es para adultos , la comida es súper mala 😥

They need to hire better people to work there the manager don’t even know what she’s doing so how is the staff ever going to know what to do I was there to celebrate my son 7th birthday never again I have to say that was the worst birthday experience!!!

According to Orbitz and other reviews, this was supposed to be a 5 star all inclusive resort. After a 7 days stay I can say that it hover more around the 3.5 to 4.0 star rating, definitely not 5. The pros: Very clean, modern, well organized. The Cons: 1. While attending the Nick Aqua Park (water park), it was very difficult to find a server. We went to the park on three occasion and were never attended to by a server for drinks or food even though other guest were. 2. While doing dinner at one of the restaurants that served burgers, I requested their staple burger a "machete" but was told by the server that the restaurant was "out" of burgers. As it turned out they were not out of burgers. Again, not something I expected from a 5 star all inclusive. 3. I was assigned a personal concierge who was not around most of the time and did not really engage the family to ask for what kind of activities we wanted to do, he was more interested in getting us to attend the sales pitch for the timeshare service. 4. This resort purports as a kid friendly with Nickelodeon characters interaction with your children, that is inaccurately. Besides the Aqua park, we didn't see any characters freely interaction with children unless you paid extra for the characters breakfast ($200). 5. I did make a report with the front desk, but trying to get a manager to speak to me was made difficult through layers of protection from concierge that did not have any actual authority to rectify situatio

Everything was good, except room service it’s better for you to get your own food , room service brought wrong orders or took very long , the water park the water is regular you would think when the bucket dumped water

The facilities were good. There were no activities for children except the club which had very limited hrs and it is in a non convenient location for drop off/pick up. Food quality was not good for the price paid. Some of the male staff make unwanted approaches to women that borderline on harassing. The women on my party were extremely uncomfortable. It is unlikely that we will return.

I loved the water park for the kids.

The water park was perfect for my 4yr old , the water is shallow all the way around, he was able to run around that entire area without us having the fear of him drowning. My 9yr old also enjoyed it, my 11yr old might have been a little to old for the resort. I would say 8 and under this resort is perfect !

Let me make his crystal clear the resort doesn’t do anything special for kids. I am extremely disappointed with he lack of entertainment and interaction that the kids received. Only on 2 occasions we saw the character for maybe 5 to 15 minutes and we spent 5 nights here. All they have is the name “Nickolodeon” it is more of an adults resort. With that being said, the food is excellent and the resort is crystal clean and the staff is polite and helpful.

The property was clean, friendly staff, great food. Resort is perfect size. However, waterpark is a distance (away from every place else) but staff golf carts run all day to pick up at designated areas. The things I wasn't satisfied about are the restaurants near the beach closed at 4pm. Swim-up bar closes at 5pm. Regarding early evening entertainment, the kids seemed to enjoy the hoola hoops, bubbles, fresh popcorn). The early evening "family" entertainment was ok, but not up to par when compared to other resorts we've visited (2 to 3 man bands most nights, traditional dancing from the culture - 1 night, One night, a DJ with a black mask with flashing lights played hip hop music with lyrics my family deems as inappropriate for kids. Another family said their young child was scared. The entertainment later in the night at the live theatre (9:30- after 10pm) was also just ok (music on supplied headphones to dance near your chair and watch professionals dance on stage (silent dancing). Another night there was a compilation of music put together with dancing. In summary, I feel this resort is best for younger children. My 7yr old likes to watch Nickelodeon on tv but wasn't interested in the characters dressed in costume there nor the kids club (stocked with very young kids toys, a ball pit and a slide, crafts and games at designated times). Just be aware the nighly entertainment is low key and not over the top. Low budget, IMO.
