The only thing that we don’t like was the beach and also some of the bar tenders were rude.

part 1/3 (Orbitz limits the amount of words u can use so this review will be in parts that's how bad this whole trip was !!! )i honestly dont know where to start me and my wife had such a terrible experience at this resort i would never recommend it to any one!!!! i will start with the first thing that happen employees didn't wanna help me and wife because we didn't speak Spanish everytime we would ask for help the only employess that helped us the whole time we was there was jean ,fransico , and elizabeth other than that the employees would roll their eyes and just have attitude with us for no reason . in the buffet we had to pour our own drinks because most of the employees would look at us just ignore us . so all the food places closes after 11 (includin room service) &the only thing that is open is the sports bar so one night me and wife head to the sports bar to get some food soon as we walked in the vibe was off they turned the music off and the two workers behind the bar just didn't wanna help, they was just laughing and hanging out not even helping the customers so after 20 mins of trying to get his attention i went to the end of the bar and asked him for help he just stood there looking at me for 10-15 secs like he was debating if he wanted to help me and finally when he came over he snatched the menu out my wife hand has she was reading it and gave to a Dominican lady to read at that point i was pissed i would never let someone disrespect my wife like that .

I was dissapointed to see the dead seaweed a the beach. I could not even enjoy the view of the beach because it smelled bad. They need to take care of this. Not a pleasant experience. Also staff need to comunicate when making reservation because they had wrong reservations for few of our restaurants. Also for the Covid test front desk did not coordinate with clinic as far as not having to pay for the testing. Entertainment staff was the best. The shows, DJ and Queen amazing people that make our stay very fun and pleasant

The only thing i could say it was good was the room that was beautiful. The food was terrible. I didn't even see one fish. There were mo sea food. Lots of bread. And everything was over SALT. OMG

Excellent attention from our concierge Alberto, he help the entire group 16 people with all questions, reservations, everything was smooth because of him, he make our expectations and experience in the hotel even better. Thanks Alberto, Gran sirenis Punta Cana is a excellent Hotel to stay.

The property is fine and the only thing you will enjoy if get marked with a yellow wristband indicating that you purchased your trip through Orbitz or any third party similar. We purchased this trip in 2020 after all other plans were canceled due to Covid, and the property refuse to refund us. They insisted we come this year and lose weight and have no access to restaurants because of how we purchased our lodging. It turned out to be a blessing because after my husband spent 4 days trying to get a reservation at the restaurants, the food was terrible. All you really to know is that we booked April 2-11 and left that resort on the 5th day, knowing we would lose our money, and went to a different resort...where we had a wonderful time. Their poor service paid off, and we are now “members” at a place that definitely reaped the benefits of the horrible experience delivered by The Grand Sirenis Punta Cana. Oh, and my husband was injured in their “water park,” so be careful out there should you find yourself in that place.

At first we had a small issue with the milk of my baby, but Abel and Lobo quickly fixed the issue, they both went above and beyond for our family and provided us with an excellent services for the rest of the trip, where every place they will see us they will say hi and will make sure we were fine, I noticed they did that with a lot of clients, is clear they love their job. They Gave us such an amazing services that we decided to extend our trip 6 more days to celebrate New Years. In addicting to this Kevin step up to make us feel part of the hotel family, everywhere we will go he will make sure everything was perfect, his attention to me and my family was outstanding. His level of services was exceptional Also Waitress Jesus and Leonardo were the best looking out for us. The entertainment team is top of the top with Sugar and Black Panter wow what an amazing experience, last but not Least our cleaning lady Yvonne cleaned our room every day always with a beautiful smile. It was the best Christmas trip we have ever done and that’s thanks to the amazing Grand Sirenis Hotel team.

Beautiful beach We just returned from our 8 day stay as a family 4 and we had a wonderful time. We have been to Punta Cana 5 other times but this was our first visit to Sirenis. The beach and pool were perfect. We had wonderful dinners at the Brazilian, Japanese and Italian restaurants. The buffets are comparable to all the other resorts we have visited. The kids club was lacking compared to other resorts. We had a family room and it was great for our family of four. The water slides park was an extra perk. Our favorite employee was Josue at the bar! He was so hard working and such a pleasure to talk to. Overall it was a great trip!

Great place Went with the wife and 2 kids So much to do for everyone People super nice Dont listen to all these reviews that people complain about everything (from WIFI,lumpy beds,bugs etc....)Have all these whiners pay the extra $700 and stay at a 5 star resort so they can get pampered. Been to a lot of all inclusive resorts and this is right at the top Staff are super friendly and food has plenty of options Beach is beautiful and pools are very clean Overall a great place!!!!

No one speaks proper English, if you don’t know Spanish please consider another option.. Very bad smells in rooms but at front desk no one willing to change room.. Water leakage from ceiling but no one serious when made complaint.., one day Yellowish water came from faucet..

Staff is well trained and very friendly. A great variety of food and restaurants. Huge space overall make it like there is not that many people on the site.

First, please receive our gratitude for pointing our great entertainment staff and night shows that positively marked your recent vacation. We deeply regret that you have not found some aspects to your liking and we wish to apologize for any other inconvenience you have experienced. Regarding sargassum, it is only temporary and it’s fairly unpredictable. Biologists are working hard to understand the source and patterns of algae, despite that no one has control over Mother Nature, our crew is out there every morning to clean it up helped by a mechanical spade in order to offer a beach as clean as possible for our guests. Please note that the resort does not arrange any covid tests since it is organized by a medical provider. Once again, thanks for your valuable comments, since it is mainly through the comments of our guests that we realize the improvements that must be made and this constantly leads us to excellence.
