Beautiful resort we enjoyed our stay looking forward to coming back next year for a longer stay

I did not like the long wait for a ride to go to one of the buffets or anywhere. The worst lobby to try and get a ride from in our stay was from punta cana lobby. we even walked to the palace lobby knowing there was a better chance someone would pick us up.

Property was large with a lot of different things to do...that was a plus. I didn't like the beach... it was full of seaweed. It didn't make you want to go in. The food was also just okay.

I enjoyed how friendly and helpful the staff was. Unfortunately, very choppy or barely any Wifi and there was a small issue with check-in and my room but other than it was nice.

Property was really nice. Staff were great especially victor at front desk, and juan Carlos at front. Facilities were clean. Beach is nice. Area is safe. The only thing is that the property is so big too hot to walk around. Can catch the train that goes around the facility but it’s slow. Hard to find someone in a golf cart to transport you. Buffet is pretty good for a buffet. Steak house is disgusting. Room was nice but phone didn’t work. Remote was working on and off. Would go back to country but would try another hotel second time around.

Worst resort ever in my life .. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN

This is the worst resort ever I book grand palladium bávaro and went we come here they transfer us to palace because of the covid they told us but then an employee here said that they book the bávaro hotel for mr bratt Pitt and they put all the costumer to have a bad time because no people can fit here it was a whole mess people can not fit in the buffet area

We were upgraded to Turquesa section(adult only area). However, we woke up in the middle of the night with water coming down into the room from the second floor bathroom. We asked management to compensate us for a bad night with an additional day. He didn't want to hear that instead he allowed us to checkout at five PM. I will not recommend Palladium to anyone. Stay away from it. CP

It’s a big property that is very well maintained with very pleasant staff

Let's start from the very beginning. I paid to stay at the Bavero and when we arrived, we are told that it was closed. I did not receive prior notice and found this out upon arrival. I was very unhappy about that! To be very honest, I was unhappy about our room in the Palace where they ended up putting us! We had the worst Friday ever, and we couldn't even enjoy our first night. Ceiling leak, charging port not working, phone not working, bathroom leak, leak near bed causing my shoes and bag to get wet, unsatisfactory food at Posiden Restaurant, the inconvenience of walking back and forth to front desk, moving into another room, I still want compensation because the PALACE was not what we paid for in the first place.

Great pool entertainment, clean and well manicured property, awesome staff! Wonderful buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Slightly disappointed with the restaurants.

Thr varierty of restaurants was great. But the service needs improvement. We often had to wait or even ask to get water and refills.
