The food was horrible, no entertainment no nothing my toilet wasnt working the shower drains were stopped up i couldnt check in my room qhen everyone else was able to become my room wasnt ready i didnt enjoy my stay at all i wish i could ger a refund

This resort is not for anyone looking to party and have a good time there is no night time or day time entertainment except for the casino and a bowling alley that cost $15 per person there a few bars with no music the food could have been better this resort is basically for relaxing not too party and have a good time to me it was a waste of money

I paid a lot of money to have a wonderful vacation at this resort with my family. I booked premium level and it felt like I had regular standard booking they charged for room service and the food was not up to the standards for an all inclusive resort. There was nothing to do after the pool closed at night there was no music for dancing or anything. The best time I had for the entire trip was when my family and I went off the property the food in the surrounding towns was alot better especially for me being married to a true Dominican.On the last day of my stay we started to see higher management walk the property, I was even told by some friends that stayed a little longer then we did that even more higher management came out and the moods of the resort changed bars started to stay open later games was starting to be played the food even got better. Well I guess I’ll give this resort a 4 just for my experience that I had maybe next time it would be better. If there is a next time.

Property is beautiful but service from the staff is horrible

TERRIBLE service. We stayed there for a destination wedding for 6 days and I can only think of 2 employees who were friendly. The check-in process took over one hour. Food was terrible. Reservation at restaurants took over 2 hours to get the food. The service was truly disappointing. It looks like a nice property but Tempe terrible food and customer service makes this one of the worst reviews I’ve ever left.

Excellent customer service great staff. The resort is beautiful and extremely clean.Also great staff very friendly and attentive!!! I highly recommend it for next vacation to stay at this resort.

Great location, very nice people. Go above and beyond but service at the buffet has to improve, entertainment has to be brought back and covid testing procedure has to be improved significantly.

Don’t like this place at all. Service in room ok! But service at restorant is terrible.

The fact that almost everything is extra We had to pay for escape room. Bowling. Pool tables. We wanted to go on ome of the boats theu have but wanted to charge us $50.00 to have someone go with us and teach us how to use it 1st.

This place it's 5 stars very deceiving! Service was terrible waiters gave us open bottles will take long to bring utensil so food would get cold, very rude and disrespectful! Room air wasn't working,tv and jacuzzi jets didn't work we had to get room changed and it also had issues!!! Coffe machine has roaches personal not trained everyone was clueless. It wasn't a good experience!!! At all do not travel to puntacana during pandemic I e heard it wasn't like this in the past. I can only say what I experienced.
