The Manava Suites Resort ie wonderful. Staff very friendly the property is beautiful and the rooms are clean.

We enjoyed the property. But corridors are a bit dark at night as you go to your room in the evening. Beach towels had to be returned at 6 pm but the pool closes at 8 pm. So we walked back to our room dripping wet. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They had answers to many our questions. The restaurant service was a bit slow but the food was excellent. Yes, it's likely that I would recommend Manava Resort to others.

No refund (Not even partial) after Covid cancelled our trip and flight. They offered us a credit valid for one year only, and they actually expect us to travel 12 hours on 2 flights worth 4 times the cost of the room just for a one night stay. They are the definition of “ that’s our policy not our problem “. Probably would have been nice otherwise, I can’t judge the physical attributes of the hotel since we will probably never see it

The toilet was unusually too high.. need a step up because my feet barely touch the floor

The staff were awesome and the facilities were perfect for our family to stay.

We were 4 woman in a room. Need a mirror for each floor! Enough forks and knives for 4 people, kitchen towels,

Very nice deck for Happy Hour...beautiful garden by the sea...

The property was in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lagoon was good for snorkeling although we didn’t see many fish in there. The rooms are a bit dated and not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed.

Food trucks down the street, close to the airport, fun pool, modern rooms.

Loved the size of our room - we had a Garden Family Duplex, and it was perfect for three, and would be comfortable for even more. The pool was beautiful! We spent an entire day lounging by the pool and enjoying the views of Mo’orea.

I had booked Manava Suite Resort by accident and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The gorgeous greenery and view of Moorea was breathtaking. It was also a treat to receive the bottled water and macaroons each evening of my stay. However we had issues with our air conditioning the entire time. We knew that all doors/windows had to be closed for it to work and that the key had to be in the slot. But there were numerous times that it kept going out. After the third call to maintenance to fix it, we ended up giving up and dealt with and excruciating hot room our last night. I was very disappointed that we were never offered to change rooms or compensated for this issue. I emailed the hotel numerous times regarding this issues, prior to posting this review, but I never got one response back. I would not stay at this property again due to the lack of customer service.

The hotel was so run down. Bathroom light was out and called the front desk to have it fixed and they told me that there was no one there that can fix it and to take the lamp from downstairs and use it in the bathroom. The pictures on the website are not how the hotel rooms look when you get there. Beware! Disappointed!

Extremely rude and unhelpful front desk guy at check out, made the stay unpleasant. We won’t come back.

Great set up, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly employees. Shore side is great. Restaurant food is good also. Our second stay there and very satisfied.

Stayed over for a layover night, it is what you would expect, a simple room that is clean. Easy access to local food trucks - about 3 minute walk.

Pool is very nice. Harbor renovation turned out very good with LED lights and torches. Not a lot of corals / fish though. No beach per se - just ladders / steps going into the water. Room safe can be opened even if it is in a "closed" state without any code. Bar / restaurant prices are too steep by US standards: drinks for 17 - 22$US, breakfast buffet $35/person. Popular out spot among locals on weekends - gets very crowded.

Dear Anthony, Thank you so much for your review. It is great to know that you had such a good experience and we are sorry to know that you found things to be inconvenient. However, it is possible for hotel guests to keep their towels until the pool closes (20 hours) and bring them back to the reception. We hope to see you again soon! Best regards. Rainui T.
