FOR ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT IT IS NOT THE GREATEST! FOOD WAS AWFUL WE HAD TO GO OUT MOST DAYS TO GET A DECENT MEAL BECAUSE WHAT THEY SERVED WAS AWFUL! OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS DECENT! ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WERE OK AGAIN NOT THE GREASTEST! I ONLY GOT THIS RESORT BECAUSE OF THE SMALL WATER PARK FOR MY CHILD. WHICH CLOSED DOWN TWO DAYS OUT OF THE 7 WE WERE THERE. ALSO IT WASN'T MONITORED VERY WELL. SO OLDER KIDS WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE..I LOVED PUERTO VALLARTA BUT THIS RESORT SUCKED! NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

Food was decent, Italian restaurant was not so good. Heard so many people talking about how good it was. None of my family liked anything about it! Lines were long to get food, you just need to find the best times to go to avoid the lines. The only thing that got on my nerves was the showers. It didn't matter what time you tried to shower, the temperature would go from freezing to scalding, then somewhere in between you'd get moments of ahh just right then back to freezing and scalding...

I was suppose to have a sofa bed but instead I had a hard couch. When I spoke to someone about it they gave me attitude about it. It was also advertised that they had five restaurants but actually only had 3 to choose from.

The most I did like was a free Wristband, the staff was nice, just at the time to check in they try to sale you a membership, it’s a family hotel, a lot of kids activities, what I did not like was a lot of vendors in the beach and too many boats in front of the beach, you cannot enjoy the beach with all those vendors bothered you all day long.

Worst resort I have ever visited. Dirty rooms mold on walls in the restroom . Beds were dirty, A/C didn’t work. Food is the worst, my kids got sick with diarrhea, I kept vomiting. We had to leave the next morning. They will not refund you the rest of the nights

Had a great time.Staff was amazing.We decided we wanted some the rotisserie chicken that’s popular around the city.And we just asked if there one that delivered.And the had her husband buy the food and bring it to the hotel for us.And then went to the kitchen to get us fresh tortillas.There was entertainment every nite.Great views from all the rooms.It was amazing.

My wife and I took our two elementary aged daughters to this Resort for our spring break. For the amount of money spent it was well worth it! The building is probably 40 years old and so there is a little wear and tear as would be expected... but no deal breakers. Staff was super friendly. I have super picky eaters and they were still able to find some choices to satisfy. Favorite restaurant was the Italian restaurant in the evening where we ordered wood-fired pizza! Sadly, it was only open every other night at this time until they get closer to full capacity. Evening entertainment was always enjoyable for family.... from magic show, to break dancing, and karaoke. Also, entertainment staff (Fabian, Mini Cooper, Daniella) were there getting people laughing and enjoying in a variety of activities from water aerobics, Zumba, volleyball, etc... We did go on a few off campus entertainment and would say “Rhythms of the Night” was a must! Cirque De Soleil type show! So overall, we got exactly what we expected and more for the amount of money we spent.

Do NOT stay here. Although the pictures make it look beautiful, the hotel rooms are sub par. Our shower head didn't stay up, I cut my hand on the closet handle because it was only held together by a screw that was poking through, there is no place to put all of your luggage and the bedding situation was minimal. The food was not great. The buffet served the same food every morning, and there were only 3 places to eat. The drinks were HORRIBLE. Very sugary with a lot of fillers and minimal to no alcohol. If you can, stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for. This is cheaper for a reason, I learned my lesson.

I just pretty much liked the pool. Other than that, nothing really. The room pictures on their site looked so awesome. Until we got there. Our floors was dirty, because i have little kids and they love to run barefoot. Their feet was BLACK!, the room smelled. The room it self was dusty, and dirty. I can see dirty and dusty and even spiderwebs in the corners. I had asked for a different room, they wouldn't switch me. But they had a maid came and mop my floors with just plain water...i dont think thats really cleaning anything, we just sucked it up and stayed for 4 days. And the food wasnt so great. And the fridge had only 4 small bottles of beers. 2 waters. It was so small. Pretty disappointing. But my kids loved the pool

The staff tried really hard to be accommodating and were friendly.

The entertainment team did a great job, especially Fabian and Jessica. We traveled with 5 kids ranging in ages 7 to 13 and they constantly kept the kids entertained with everything from water aerobics to beach volleyball. The bartenders were awesome, they take the time to learn each person's preferred drink so by the end of the trip you just hand them your cup. Alex was particularly great in this area. The service at all the restaurants was great and the hotel had adapted quite well I thought to the challenges of operating during a pandemic. There were temperature checks each time we entered the property and food handling was done by staff only. This a great family friendly hotel. It's not going to be confused with the top of the line AMR resorts but for the price it can't be beat.

Excellent customer service and will return for a second vacation

To start with, the room was no ready for us, they didn’t even have the little fridge plugged in nor the bar was set up; the blankets and pillow cases were not clean, they smelled of sweat; the restaurants offered very poor quality meals, that if you were lucky because they didn’t have enough food. Very poor organization, it took people 45 minutes in line to get an egg for breakfast.

Didnt like the check in progress asking too many question and trying to sell you tours and other things. .and one of the staff wasnt really friendly at check in. Rooms were small , closet door wouldn't shut. Refrigerator was making kind of loud noice iton didn't work , beds looks old , bathroom had rust ,mold and also didn't had a vent on it , had to leave door open so it wouldn't get suffecared on bathroom and mirror wouldn't get foggy . Pool closes at 8:00 pm too early . The only good thing was the service at food courts and good food..

I did not like the shower was flooded I called for maintenance but it was the same problem

I really loved the pool and the swim up bar. One thing I would change about it would be the pool temperature was freezing no matter what day it was. I would also like to see more steps into the pool would be better. The food was pretty good but definitely different than what I am used to. The staff was awesome and the beach was great.
