Sometimes in an all-inclusive property the meals can be mediocre, but not here! Lots of variety and the meals were very high quality! The staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating.

The phone did not work and they never fixed it. Food was not good no options same thing every day. No entertainment the actual resort is beautiful but needs entertainment and better service. Not to mention room service takes 1 hr to deliver food that's ridiculous.

The staff went over and above to make sure our needs were met. Very friendly.

I liked the pool area, the staff and maintenance crew. Cleanliness of the room I had to upgrade too. I did not like that they have a tower that is very old and the rooms are tiny. We ended up upgrading and heard many other guest did the same. The room from the website did not reflect the original room we received. I feel this is deceptive and tricks people into going to their resort. Management was rude and unwavering. Staff and low level workers were great.

Everything was excellent, however I did not receive the $200 room credit per room. I'm hoping Orbitz can help me with this cause.

I Loved that the property has different ammenities to escape to that fits your certain mood like the sky lounge on the 10th floor. It was breathtaking and Amazing I can be their waking to the view. I loved my Oceanview Suite perfect for me when I don't want to deal with the crowd. I can just stay in my room on the balcony. I Loved the beach right beside the property I walked along the water. Everything was Sweet.

Once we got moved to the proper room (Orbitz snaffu) things were great. Very casual place and easy to get around. Good food choices and with no reservations required each day could be fluid. The travel desk (ask for Maria) was amazing!!!

Had a single night booked to be near the airport. Check-in is at 3pm, but I wasn't able to get a room until 7:00pm. Line was about an hour at 3pm the first time only to be told to come back later. Checked back in at 5pm and was told to come back. 7:00pm I got the room. Food was fairly bland and limited options. Restaurants stopped seating people earlier and were turning guests away during dinner hours. Resort is beautiful and friendly, just not on the same level as ones in the same area.

My room was horrible. I stayed for 2 days. There was no towels in the room, the phone did not work my whole stay. the mini bar was empty, the TV did not work and most important tha Air conditioning unit was horrible noisy could not be used. I called in my cell phone to the hotel main number the only sent me towels and warm drinks I could not use till next day. I had to call again and again and they send somebody to fix the air conditioning unit and TV until mid day next day. Room phone was never fixed. Eating around horrible experience +2hr wait. The grill restaurant 1.5 hrs to finish getting your ordered meals same with the oriental restaurant. Buffet was poor and cheap. My room 6307 no view at all. Opening the patio door could not stand the outside noise. After all of this and several calls using my cell phone they refused to give a different room . And lastly and had to find the room by myself and carry my own luggage. Awful!!@
