We enjoyed every moment at the resort!! The service was amazing and very professional. Only downfall wish they had more restaurants as options for the family side.

GREAT LOCATION BEST VIEW !

Our previous trip to PV was to a lower-rated resort in pre-pandemic times, so we were coming to Now Amber with high expectations since we had been looking at this resort for a few years. We had a 7-night stay at this resort. The resort's amenities and rooms were really nice. We loved the atmosphere and the employees. Our first impressions of the food were so-so. Everything was good but we felt the variety was lacking. After a couple of days, we shared our experience with Eugenia Torres and her team, and they really listened and addressed our concerns, which really turned our experience around. Hotel service was top-notch from the very beginning. Oscar was amazing around the pool and took great care of us. Antonio was also amazing by the pool. Fernando and Oliver at the buffet very extremely welcoming and provided outstanding service. We rented a cabana and Omar was our guy there, who treated us like royalty. Edgar and the team had awesome energy and we really enjoyed the entertainment by the pool and in the evening. Elizabeth is also really sweet and her hospitality made an impression on us. We also used the spa facilities and had a message, and definitely recommend those, really enjoyable. Overall, Now Amber is an amazing resort with a world-class team. We had a great time and definitely would want to come back.

I stayed at Now Amber after a close friend of mine recommended the resort. I came in my birthday trip with 8 friends. We stayed in 4 rooms in total. My initial room did not have working A/C and the toilet did not work. I was placed in a new room, but the room keys kept disabling and creating a hassle to have to go to the concierge every time I wanted to get back into my room. There were some really awesome staff members, I LOVED Karina and Omar. But the others weren’t friendly and at times I felt more like a burden than a guest. I will definitely not be returning.

Very disappointed with front desk manager, whenever I booked the resort was advertised as “Now Amber ALL INCLUSIVE” and when I arrived it was breakfast only and wanted me to pay extra per person per day for all inclusive and they did not bother to work with me. This was my second time staying at this resort because the first time we stayed we were very pleased with everything and recommended this place to many friends but for sure I will not stay there anymore, I do not recommend it.

Really great property - nice food, views, great location and staff. Beach is quite rocky, so not as easy ro enter the ocean. Overall would be back again. The only thing that spoiled the week was the owner’s daughter’s wedding. Big crowd which led to certain locations not accessible for customers (like outside area of the lunch/breakfast restaurant - incredibly rude during COVID!) and the guests were quite rude too - many refused to wear masks and cut the lines for food/elevators openly citing their being “rich” and connected to the owner, breaking various COVID-related hotel policies.

Secrets side is better . service at now is horrendous. Begging for drinks and service for 6 days.. They need more employees obviously. Bar closes at 6 pm so no pool beach drinking unless u go all the way to the lobby. Check in feels like time share like pitches for excurisons and bla bla. House keeping kept knocking even when do not disturb is on. Woke us up 3 times on 3 occassions. The preferred is not.worth it during covid. No perks. Bar sucks. No snacks or whatever they offer. Just angry employees who could care less for you after you say no to excursions and spas. . rooms are clean and nice . buy water shoes because beach is rocky. Food is incredible

Al most were find to me by they can be better like they can check in faster by the gate they let me wait al most 45 minutes to go in to the property because they had an other cars check in for first time I had 2 days alredy in there, and an other things but not bad I could recommend it.

like the pool area and beach access and the dining options for dinner. also liked the idea of no wrist band and unlimited towels at the pool

There was so much to do with the activities and shows. Great time!

I stayed at Now Amber after a close friend of mine recommended the resort. I came in my birthday trip with 8 friends. We stayed in 4 rooms in total. My initial room did not have working A/C and the toilet did not work. I was placed in a new room, but the room keys kept disabling and creating a hassle to have to go to the concierge every time I wanted to get back into my room. There were some really awesome staff members, I LOVED Karina and Omar. But the others weren’t friendly and at times I felt more like a burden than a guest. I will definitely not be returning.
