Our room keys kept deactivating and then had to come back to the front desk since they kept calling us 7am nonstop since they said they gave us a wrong bracelet,

Property location was very good. Having to get up at 5am to save a pool lounge was a bit much. Some lounges that had been saved by 5:30 am would not even be used until after lunch and then for only an hour maybe two No staff would ever say a word. One day less than half the lounges were used all day long

It is a large hotel and things don't get well managed in some aspects:- our room had a continuous air-conditioned water leak at the point that it was unsafe. The maid obviously saw it but never took action. Amenities were a hit and miss:- some days they don't deliver water bottles; other days "forgot" to deliver shampoo or soap; etc. The worse:- they didn't gave us an expense receipt for our stay. They said I should ask Orbitz for that!

It's an older building but the cleanliness and staff make up for it . Love being downtown , on the main highway .

Not highly recommended. Water goes on and off, no hot water. Water goes back after 5 hours. Rooms are deadly old. Moth's flying inside the room. Balcony is wabbly and unstable. Very old furnitures. TV has no remote and cable static. Bathroom is so disgusting. You can hear people talking from wall to wall, I thought at first I was hallucinating coz I can hear somebody is talking like they were inside the room.

Property is close to the beach. Check in and check out was terrible.

The hotel was fine if you wanted to spend all your time here I guess. Not close to Old Town. Restaurants never seemed open when we wanted them. Amenities were slim - no microwave, coffee maker or hand towels. The walls are incredibly thin and we had a room with a shared door next to some very loud people so we didn't sleep for two days. You could hear every conversation and TV show. Had very loud air conditioning motor or something right outside our room and we tried to use the fan to drown all the noise but it was so loud that almost made things worse. Maybe great for families but not for a couple looking for a Relaxing time.

Was not a great stay for my wife and I food quality bad ...... first room to small second room after I complain was ok but not up to our expectations. Will never stay there again

We like the pool close to the beach, rooms and complete hotel. Parking was not structured correct and not enough space

Management has not kept up the property for the last few years. Many years ago the property was picture perfect but now it is barley average.

Walking in to the property to check in, there was no security. Therefore, it appears anyone can come in and use their facility. The rooms (building on the beach) are plain, dirty and old. We went to check out pool and it was packed and looked as it was a community pool! We were hungry so on to the food court and found it unsanitary!! It was set for buffet; however, pigeons were having their way with everything and no one there to prevent this from happening...unacceptable!!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The service at the restaurant was excellent.

Didn't respect my reservation. No hot water on shower, i order a bottle of water they never show..

My family and I nit happy what’s so ever cause I was given one price Verbal and in writing that was not kept. We mentioned the issues I was told the by the hotel supervisor to fix it myself.
