Can’t beat the view!! Beautiful balcony view overlooking the ocean. The staff are friendly and courteous. Only disappointment was the Food selection. Breakfast was extremely limited not much selection.

It’s suppose to be an all-inclusive but what they don’t tell you is that most restaurants need reservations that need to be done at certain hours aside from the hours of operation being quite limited. Mini fridge in room is only stocked once a day of requested and included just 3 beers, 3 sodas and 2 waters. Beach and pool-side seating is limited and gets filled early as people go reserve them by placing their belongings on them since the early morning. No valet available. Location is quite remote. You pretty much have to leave Vallarta to get to this place.

Beautiful beach and location! This resort is top notch. The staff is amazing and helpful. They are continuously working to maintain cleanliness and upkeep. We especially enjoyed meeting and the service we received from Andres, Jorge, Isaid, Rodrigo, Max, Gonzales, I. Lopez and the sweet señora that made our great Cappuccinos! They went over and above to accommodate us during our stay. Wonderful place to stay. Pam, Troy, Sheri and Scott

This place is beautiful, from the moment you pull up you are drawn in with the beautiful greenery that surrounds this resort. Everyone was extremely attentive and I will be returning for sure

The best part was the view with ocean but you can only look at it for so long. You could not access beach to utilize it. This property the beach is washed out the water comes up to wall so you can’t sit on sand. Because of this location and being it’s a 12 story building the Sun doesn’t hit the pools until after 3pm. I was literally cold the whole time. One pool was ice cold and the other Luke warm. They advertise they have a roof top bar and lounge adults only that’s if you pay an extra $24 pp a day. They only had the pool bar and a little bar by the front desk. The restaurants are limited time frames. So we didn’t have the chance to eat there. One restaurant seem to be open a little more and offered daily breakfast. I don’t know I’m an American so I like breakfast meats for breakfast not Fish,chicken noodle soup,beef stew etc. So every night we went into town to eat and drink. The drinks were watered down along with the coffee shoppe cappuccino/hot chocolate machine. I literally watched more water than mix come out. The bedding was uncomfortable. They did have a refrigerator in room with two cans of each light beer,regular beer and three different kinds of sodaz 4 bottles of water. There was a limit on room services and you will get charged if more than once. No snacks in room. We arrived on a Monday. Tuesday afternoon we went back to room after spending time by pool etc. We couldn’t wait to get a nice hot shower but no hot water. Mainly a total waste for all inclusive.

Fun and family friendly. As soon as you get there you are greeted with a with drink. Check in is easy and rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view is spectacular and the food is delicious especially at Frida. The service is outstanding and nightly shows are fun and entertaining. Enjoyed my stay of 4 days and 3 nights.

We had a party of ten, everyone really enjoyed themselves. It is a smaller property which we liked, all ocean view rooms. Buffet, and restaurants were good, and you don't need to make reservations. Bartenders and servers were always fun, Noe, Miguel, Jorge, Zaydent, Sebastian and Natalio. Patrick and Brandon the entertainment/music. Overall, I would recommend!!

Horrible place! Stay a way! Supervisor Israel Campos is very unprofessional, unhelpful with bed attitude since we started the conversation!He said if we don’t like the hotel we should leave and find another one!! We paid for all inclusive option, there was no information about additional charges for the roof top! We went for dinner first time to Italian restaurant, my husband was dressed up as the dress code required! We were witnesses that staff kick out “American guy ” bc he had a short pans and right after they let in a local guy who was wearing shorts pants with any problems!!! We went for breakfast Monday morning to Veranda. Trays with the food where empty, when my husband asked for the variety cheese plate they bring one cheese cut for a big square pieces and just trow them on the tray!!! Not enough chairs by the pool we couldn’t find not even one! Finally we decided to paid for the rooftop and unfortunately we couldn’t use credit card! When we get there water in hot tub was cold!!!!! Staff barely speaks English even by the lobby! Assuming! We are super unhappy, disappointed!!!We have been twice in Grand Park Royal in Cancun and we both where amazed, we loved everything in there! So hard to believe it’s the same company! There is no sun by the poll till 3.00pm! Only one restaurant was open for breakfast for the whole week, every morning we have to wait 30 m for omelette, no food on trays! They have a wedding‘s every weekend and at that time time one pool is closed..

Everyone very polite but food ok not many amenities sports bar need major improvements needs to cater to hotel registers for mini bar in rooms room service needs more selections and keep children away from pool bars

This property has potential after the nonstop construction is completed. Overall the resort had an appealing look and was very clean. However certain areas were lacking, mainly food and service. The food at the buffet left a lot to be desired. The food at the sit down restaurants was much better. The wait staff at the pool was hit or miss. Some days they were on it, while other days they seemed nonexistent. During our stay there was a wedding and it seemed the entire staff was tied up with that. Also not all areas of the resort were open yet. If you are looking for a smaller quiet resort without any extras then I would recommend staying here.
