Sufficient but underwhelming. We have been to many dreams properties and this is our least favorite. Service as always is fabulous however.

Our stay was nice, but is hard to say since the hotel only had half the staff due to the pandemic. My husband was disappointed the food choices (some were closed). Also at the breakfast buffet- since we weren't able to serve ourselves due to COVID, we had to wait and they only had 1 -2 people working depending on the day. Also since there were less people to eat the food, the French toast and pancakes were hard and clearly old. However the Italian restaurant was amazing! They did a really great job at keeping everything clean. I am sure under normal circumstances I would have no complaints.

It was a nice stay. Food was good. Nice staff. Room was clean. Alcoholic drinks were not as good as we expected.

Loved the restaurant choices and the overall staff. Resort was just easy and very accommodating. Needs a work out facility but walking/running path by resort was very nice.

Bartenders Leo, Carlos and Jesus were just absalutley the best. Always firendly always gave one something to drink even when ya had no idea what ya wanted. Sercive was great. Food was amazing. View is amazing there.

We liked the all inclusive. Food and beverage was very good. Not happy with the service of lady waiter at their Mexican restaurant . On our last night my daughter had several bed bugs bites.

The rooms have a strong smell of mold under the wood outside the showers it's full of mold needs to be removed or replace often

After a long wedding weekend and multiple flights, my wife and I just wanted to go to our room and rest. But as soon as we got there we were bombarded with sales pitches for extra services. When I finally got stern and told them I wanted to go to our room, we were greeted in our room with maintenance banging on pipes above us. When I called the front desk we were told it would only last about 10 minutes. 40 minutes later we were finally able to get some sleep only to be disturbed by a nightly show which occurred right outside our room. And the all-inclusive food is terrible. We did not leave the hotel and my wife got food poisoning on the second day which lasted about 3 days. When I told the head concierge about this he did not even apologize. I cannot believe I paid so much to be treated like that. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Overall Dreams was nice, the beachfront access and view were outstanding and most of the food good, especially the Mexican (as i would expect). The dinner restaurants were fine which I expected for the value we paid. I see a lot of silly complaints on the food but people need to manage expectations as this is not a 5 star resort. There are plenty of great dinner restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. Although Old downtown is like 10 mi away, it's a 40-45 min. drive so we never made it. Although it was not adults only, I was hoping for more pool fun/an adults specific pool with music, etc and at least 1 bar with upbeat music at night but neither were available which was a miss for my group.

The staff members there are all simply wonderful, they are kind, courteous and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. The location of the hotel is not great, it takes about 25 minutes to get into Puerto Vallarta, there is not a lot to do within walking distance. The food is not great, but the drinks are good, Oceana has the best food for all meals. The spa is very enjoyable. The three most frustrating things are the check in time which took almost an hour, immediately after checking in the concierge will try to sell you on information meetings for their version of a time share type set up and my room did not have hot water in the shower everyday but the bathtub did (weird). The WiFi was an emotional roller coaster, with it going up and down. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and was sad to go home but next time I might try one of their sister hotels that is closer to Puerto Vallarta.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food ranged from okay to terrible. The rooms were not as described and smelled terribly musty. The beds were very comfortable and the pools and beach were very nice. I had an okay time, but will not return or recommend.

Love this place . 85 degrees in December. 3 pools with 3 DIFFERENT temperatures. Sea water 80 degrees. Amazing staff. Bar as u get out of the taxi. Local town of Bucerías 15 minutes away. Airport 20 minutes. Down town Puerto Vallarta 25 minutes perfectly safe all hours of the night. Forget Hawaii.

The hotel is nice. I would call it minimalist in style; if you like opulent this is not for you. It's not really my style either, but it did grow on me. The room was very simple, but very clean. the staff is wonderful and most of the food was very good. I would say improvements could be made as far as nightlife activities. If you want to listen to music, dance or see a show, this is not for you. If you want to relax pool or beach side, this is a great hotel.

Horrible. For a four star all-inclusive hotel this is just terrible. 1. Let's start with food. I can understand small portions, as people can waste food. However, small portions and terrible food is not a good combo. For Example, they have buffet, italian, steak and seafood restaurants. Steaks were chewy, and fatty and just plain disgusting. Italian and Mexican places were OK, nothing special but at least OK. The problem was not that they were bad, but that they were closed for half of my stay. The seafood place, the one I was looking forward to the most was atrocious. They had mahi mahi and fish-of-the-day as the two fish dishes. So, and I wish that mahi mahi was good, but unfortunately it was not. One day they served something that stunk, and looked as it it was just taking out of the trash can. Salad was poorly washed and had sand in it. So, again, the #1 reason to go to a good all-inclusive place is food, and food was atrocious. 2. "Friendly Staff" - OMG! stuff was rude! They argued about everything!. For example, we ordered 4 shrimp dishes. They bring 1. I ask the server where are the other three, and the guy argues that I asked for one. this happened multiple times. Salad with sand in it from above - they tried to convince me that I put salt on my salad. The stinky fish? - argued that it did not smell. OMG, I'm the guest, just say sorry and fix your mistakes, I should not be arguing with staff on my vocation. 3. ENJOY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
