La Único que estuvo bien fue la señora que limpió el cuarto, lo demás muy malo , comida mala , bebidas malas , Servicio malo, con mala ganas y Enojados , piscina mala incluso avían un montón de borrachos que se vomitaron en la piscina , Resepcion mal Servicio, en fin una lista muy larga Pero la culpa no es del hotel es mia por no aver puesto unos 50$ Por noche mas y aver Escojido un mejor hotel . Definitivamente hotel no Recomendado Viajo 4 veces por año la verdad el peor hotel que me he hospedado por 190$ la Noche

It was clean. The room they were giving me first was bad facing the street and close to the lobby. I had to pay an upgrade of almost $100 additional to what I had paid per night (could us stayed in a better place with that money). The service is bad the servers are bad have to bed them for everything the food is terrible almost same thing to eat every day. One of the ladies in the fruit section from breakfast was very rude to me. There are no activities at all they have a calendar and they don’t do any. They bring lame singers and ends at 10 pm. After that everything’s dead nothing to do in the hotel. The pool are at times so packed. The beach lots of rocks. Not coming back.

The staff and property were amazing. Great activities, wonderful and very 5 star specialty restaraunt and loved the fiesta night food. The areas that need improvement are: The regular buffet dinner was 3 star at best. It is not the best food and nothing I would rave about. Unlike the Sunset restaurant dinner. I would like the quality of the good and service in the regular dinner area to be closer to the quality in the Sunset Restaurant. Their covid rules in the pool area are inconsistant. They had chair groupings in some areas about 2-3 feet apart, which by the way does nothing to comply with social distancing practices. Some areas could only have 2 groupings of chairs and umbrellas and other areas of the same size could have 3 groupings. We were made to seperate from our own family after sitting with them for half the day one day. They made us pickup all our towels and all of our things so they could take away our extra chairs. It was infuriating because there was another area of a smaller size with 3 groupings and none of them were further that 1 ft away from each other. When we pointed it out the pool manager agreed but still made us get up. There should also be exceptions made for family. We were all together and all vacinated so sitting 9 of us all together should not have been an issue. One day they would not let snyone move umbrelkas to a. Position still within the chair grouping to keep the shade on chairs. It was so bad that the entire biggest area.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I am not sure how it received a 4 star rating. We are well traveled especially throughout Mexico so I understand things can be different from America but WOW THIS WAS TERRIBLE! We tried to leave after 30 mins of checking in but Orbitz was little to no help. It was on par with a Motel 6. NEGATIVES: - Food was awful- only thing good was the made to order -Getting a bottle of water was nearly impossible. Only have glasses of water. -Room was old, run down, shower was disgusting, lost the little pressure it had. -Drinks were highly watered down -Staff barely speaks English (yes I know we are in Mexico, but this is a tourist area) - Hotel completely favors Mexican guests and we tip well and in dollars -Covid Testing was unorganized, the “nurse” didn’t speak English, couldn’t fill out the form correctly (in Spanish) I had to help her then go back down to the front desk to refill our the form. - Terrible pool chairs, kids in adults only section. -at check it was 30 mins explaining dinners and upselling us on food/tours and trying to get us to attend some sales pitch the next day. POSITIVES: - Close to town- we walked ever day We ending up having lunch and dinner out every night completely defeating the all inclusive option. Puerto Vallarta is absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there despite the hotel. It was such a shame how falsely advertised this hotel is.

The Hospitality combined with great food, great service, kindness, clean and gorgeous pools, cleanliness of the hotel, and convenience to walk downtown was PERFECT!

Good customer service. The property was a little old. Stairs were closed off for a while causing elevators to be extra busy.

Stairs were broken, room had a very odd oder, so we requested to be moved. Rooms do not look like in the pictures. Food was good. Most staff was friendly except front desk and poolside.

Beautiful property. Wonderful drinks by the pool and beach. Breakfast buffet was fabulous with many options. Felt the "snack buffet" by pool was lacking. Kept very clean during Covid. Great relaxing stay.

They did not have the room I reserved and gave me their basic one the first night. Room service would take hrs and have few choices. The food menu is almost the same everyday which doesn’t make sense for all inclusive There was consistently confusion with front desk where they didn’t know when I was leaving. And their WiFi is terrible constantly disconnecting This is not a 3 diamonds hotel

I think the hotel had a great location but the room were super small and not very clean.

It was clean. The room they were giving me first was bad facing the street and close to the lobby.
